Unable to leave review?

Hello,

I am trying to leave a review for my sitter but it seems that Rover thinks I already left a review as it says "Reviewed" in the Past Stays tab. However, when I open the stay, the final step does not have a check and is "red". I never left a review. How do I go about leaving one?
