How to find Promo code?

I have a new client that just signed up for Rover, he got a new user 20$ off promo code from his daughter. He said he signed up through it and started his profile with the code, but is unable to find the code. I had him look on his Dashboard but he cannot find it. I have never encountered someone using a promo code. Where do I tell the owners to look for it? I contacted Rover, but have not heard back yet.

I'm not sure I follow how the code is being used. From what I know, the $20 promo code is provided by the sitter for the client to use when they book a stay with the sitter. So the only time the code would be entered would be at the time the client confirms the stay and is entering payment. Is there something different going on that I don't understand? If there is a problem entering the promo code, I'd have the client call Rover Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team].

Thanks for your reply! He has a code from the invitation from his daughter to join. The problem is once he clicked on the link to get the code they had him sign up and make a profile, he was then supposed to receive a code. He cannot find this code. Where should I be telling him to look for it?

There is a referral program set up for Rover.com clients. The daughter must have "invited" her dad to Rover so that she would receive a $20 credit and he would receive $20 off of his first booked reservation. Here is the link for the referral program: http://refer.rover.com/micro/microsit...blogowner_referral

Thanks for your reply! I believe that is where he got the code, from the invitation. The problem is once he clicked on the link to get the code they had him sign up and make a profile, he was then supposed to receive a code. He cannot find this code. Where should I be telling him to look for it?

No, it is not a code that he will have. It is just a generic thing. If you go to the Rover.com homepage, look towards the middle at the top and you will see in white a little speech bubble and "Give $20, Get $20". He should have a $20 credit, not a code.
