What to do if owner is using one profile for multiple dogs?
I recently finished a house-stay at a client's home, and she has two small chihuahuas. I charge per dog, per night, but she had her two dogs listed in one pet profile, so she was only charged for one dog. Under the circumstances, everything went smoothly and the dogs were easy to look after, but it doesn't seem right that she is able to only pay for one dog. Does anyone know what can be done in that situation?
