How can I delete a review?
A friend left a review when I was setting up my profile. Now that I have customers of my own, I would like to delete her initial review.

If it is a testimonial your friend wrote, you can just call Rover's support team and they can remove it for you. If it is a review from a Rover booking, only the author can remove it.
I have a false review from somebody that book through Rover and she has false identities I need it removed I’m hoping they will change this policy because it’s very detrimental to my business. I saw that she had stopped me down on my life and an all over and called me because of a Rover real and she is false identities I need them to remove it.

Only whatever you write on a review is what you may edit. You will not be able to delete bad reviews.

Ok but what if the author looks on the website and app and has trouble seeing an option to edit or delete what does author do then
