I was referred by a friend, but no credit?

I was referred today to the site. When I clicked the link that the person sent, it said I would receive a $20 credit that would be applied to my account automatically. I still don't seem to have a credit -- but the email didn't say I would have to enter a code or anything.

I would really like to take Rover for a test drive, any suggestions?

If all else fails, when you find the sitter that you would like to use, they should have a code that you can use during the checkout process that will take $20 off of your total.

There is a promo code that all sitters have. The person who gave you the link will be able to give their promo code. It won't let you enter it until you get the page that shows the total to be charged, you add in code and it will show you adjusted price with promo applied before you check out.

The person who gave the link has no promo code. It is a link.

Happened to me too. I won't refer anyone else.

You will not see the credit applied until you checkout. Here's a link about coupon, promo codes, gift cards. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

It sounds like you may have been given a Profile Link to a sitter's profile which starts with https://www.rover.com/ (followed by something that brings up a specific pet care giver).

In either instance if you need additional help completing your first booking, Rover Customer Support can help apply the credit over the phone ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]).

This is specifically for coupon and promo codes. This promotion doesn't give you a code. Therefore, there is nothing for me to enter in the checkout process. But thanks for trying to help out!

I will try to call though! :D

Did you get a resolution to this? I am having the same problem. Got a link from a friend and when I signed up it said I would get $20 off. I have booked my first stay and no $20 off and I have no "code" to enter.

If you aren't able to call Rover Support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]), another option is to use this link to the Help Center form and they should be able to resolve. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
