promo code refund?
I cancelled my dog's stay with the sitter before the boarding date and am awaiting a full refund. Since this would have been my first time, is the promo code still usable when I confirm my next purchase?

You should be able to use your promo code on your next booking (first booking) you can call rover support if you are having trouble and they will help you with this.
