How do the credits work? Does the sitter still get paid their daily rate?
Just wondering if it takes away from the sitter at all.

Hi Brittany: Are you asking about when the promotion code is used? If you are, then NO it won't take anything away from the sitter. The sitter still gets paid their normal fee, minus the percent that Rover normally deducts (so take home pay is normal amount). Rover "takes the hit" on the promotion - cost of advertising.

Mary's answer is spot-on! I'd like to add one thing - ANYONE can use your promo code, even if they book with someone else, and you will still get $10 credit. It's a pretty sweet deal!
