“Kristin was wonderful! Our dog is a rescue and can be very nervous around new people. Kristin and her pets made Bagheera comfortable right away and I came back to a very happy, worn out doggy. Kristin also kept in touch during our trip and sent us many pictures, videos, and updates. She was also very flexible with our trip schedule and extremely friendly all around! I highly recommend Kristin!”

“We have greatly benefited from having Diego & Amelia P. provide Boarding service on multiple occasions for our two Australian Labradoodles. They consistently deliver outstanding care for our furry children, as they are extremely thorough and compulsive in meeting all of their needs. All of the members of their family create a warm and loving environment in which our pets are always relaxed and thriving. We loved receiving daily photos of our pooches resting peacefully and cuddling with members of their family. Accordingly, we highly and unreservedly recommend Diego & Amelia P. for all your Boarding and Doggy Day Care needs.”

“Amanda had my active puppy for an entire week - she was so well cared for and had so much fun. Amanda sent pictures so we could see how our little fur baby was doing along the way. Her large fenced in yard was perfect! Highly recommend!”

“Chonlada was an amazing caretaker for my two year Doberman mix Judy. I had to book a rover sitter for boarding last minute and was also my first time; she answered right away and was amazing through my time out of town. She kept me updated with plenty of pictures and videos and updates! She also has a ton of secure safe yard space that my dog absolutely loved, and her dog got along with mine great. Cannot recommend enough and will 100% use again. Thank you so much!!”

“Melissa was great! Very easy to book with and was able to take my pup on short notice. She was amazing with giving updates and sending photos! Will definitely book again when back in area :)”

“Adrienne watched our fur baby Triple for the first time overnight. She was great! Triple enjoyed his stay. Thank you for taking such good care of him. I highly recommend and will definitely be using her again.”

“Tina was an absolutely fantastic dog sitter! My dog had the best time staying with her and het family. She sent daily updates with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Her backyard is clean, spacious, and perfect for dogs to roam and play safely. It’s clear she genuinely cares, my dog got plenty of exercise, attention, and entertainment the entire time. I could tell right away he was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. I’ve already booked another stay!”

“Shona is amazing. She made our dog completely at home, and kept us updated every day. She is full of awesome energy and positivity, and we would love to have her watch our Stella in the future!”

“Sruthi and Abha were so wonderful to our little Meatball! While we were on vacation, it was clear that Meatball was too! They sent updates with photos multiple times a day. It was so sweet and my kids, in particular, loved hearing what adventure their dog was having each day! We look forward to booking when we go away again! Thanks!!!”

“Allie was amazing! Our bulldog, Lady, had such a blast playing with her dog Izzy! She sent the most adorable photos of her stay - it was clear she was having such a good time! We are mildly obsessed with our dog, and hate to be apart from her - but Allie sent frequent updates on how she was getting on and completely put our minds at ease. We will definitely be using her again in the future. Thanks again Allie!”
“Have booked twice with Aimee now, she takes wonderful care of my dog. My dog is excited to go see her, and Aimee provides great updates. I’d refer Aimee to anyone looking for great pet care.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Michael & Loraine! It was our first time leaving Bomi with someone outside of family, and they were so patient, kind, and reassuring from the start — answering all our questions and even inviting us to see their clean, spacious home before booking. While we were away, they kept in touch with thoughtful updates and photos, and it was clear Bomi was happy, comfortable, and loved like family. We’re so grateful for their care, attention, and kindness, and would absolutely trust them with Bomi again. Highly recommend!”

Leaving Teddy while we traveled to Italy was one of the hardest parts of our trip, but Diego and Amelia made it so much easier! They treated him like one of their own and gave him so much love, attention, and care. It was also my first time using this service and the outcome was better than imagined. The updates and photos meant the world to us, and it was clear Teddy was happy, comfortable, and loved while we were away. Knowing he was in such good hands gave us complete peace of mind. We are so grateful for everything they did for our sweet boy and wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again. Thank you for treating Teddy like family!

Our dog was obviously very well cared for by Adrienne. Between the ample attention, walks at the nearby park, beautiful, fully-fenced yard, and loving care, we wondered if Buddy would want to come home. We are thankful we found Adrienne. We will definitely be back!

Kristin had Harvey overnight for the first time (although he's been coming once weekly for daycare) and he was nervous and unsure. Kristin shared his behaviors and what she was doing to help ease him. I'm guessing she didn't get much sleep but was kind and caring. Harvey takes medications and she managed those well. I am so thrilled to have found Kristin. An amazing person that takes great care of Harvey.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
