“Chonlada and her family provided a wonderful stay for our dog who is sixteen years old and has dietary and other special needs. She was treated like she was at a spa retreat. They even knitted her a new sweater!”

“Diego and Amelia took care of my dog for an entire day so I could focus on moving. They kept him for 4 hrs longer than planned. They were completely understanding and I felt comfortable the entire time.”

“This was our first time trusting someone with our pup as well as our babies first time being away from us for more than a day, and I am happy to say Amanda is the best dog sitter you could ask for. She sends multiple photos/updates, has a beautiful yard, and enjoys cuddles as much as our girl does. Definitely will be rebooking with her and recommending her to close friends. Thank you again for taking care of Lady whilst we were away ! 10/10✨✨✨”

“Adrienne watched our fur baby Triple for the first time overnight. She was great! Triple enjoyed his stay. Thank you for taking such good care of him. I highly recommend and will definitely be using her again.”

“Kristin was amazing! Very friendly and flexible with reservations. She sent updates everyday, and some pictures to go with it. She played with my puppy (who constantly wants to play), and snuggled with my 14 year old dog who is completely blind and going deaf. We will definitely make reservations with Kristin again!”

“We are so thankful to have found Alexa to watch our lab, Bailey! She was very quick to respond to messages. She has a great backyard for the dogs to play. She sent lots of pictures and messages to update us on how Bailey was doing. We would definitely use her again!”

“Hollie was a great caretaker for my dog, Odin. She has great communication and gave me udpates and sent me pictures constantly. Her dog Jovi is very sweet as well. Odin had a really good time there, for sure!”

“Sruthi and Abha were so wonderful to our little Meatball! While we were on vacation, it was clear that Meatball was too! They sent updates with photos multiple times a day. It was so sweet and my kids, in particular, loved hearing what adventure their dog was having each day! We look forward to booking when we go away again! Thanks!!!”

“This was the first time I’ve had to leave my dog with a pet sitter and Tina put all my worries at ease! Loved the pictures she sent, and little recaps about how my girl was doing each day. I was worried as my dog is older and has some quirks in her that made me nervous to leave her but seemed like everything worked out well and there were no issues! So grateful for Tina and her compassion to make my dogs stay be easy and stress free.”

“Janette was wonderful with my 7 months old puppy. He is extremely energetic, inquisitive, and playful . She shared pictures of him every day. He participated in the birthday of one of the furries of the household and had some of the home made treats! She answered my requests right away . I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her and will definitely come back again. Thank you for your love and care to our lovely puppy!”

“I cannot say enough about Pepper's stay with Wendy. We rarely leave Pepper and were a little apprehensive about leaving her for a full week. But no worries here. Pepper made herself right at home. Wendy sent pictures daily of Pepper and their long walks together and of Pepper relaxing on the couch and seemingly enjoying her time there. I would definitely recommend Wendy for your pups and will certainly use her when we travel in the future. Thanks again Wendy! 💖”

“Stacey was great with Bella! She is super friendly and I really appreciated her daily updates with pics. It unexpectedly stormed during Bella’s visit and Stacey helped comfort her through the thunder and lightning. I definitely recommend Stacey and will use her services again.”

“Gina and family were fantastic. I was able to book Gina to watch my dog for a weekend - where I had a much shorter turn around than I normally like working with, but Gina quickly responded and helped me set up a meet and greet. Everything went smoothly and the absolute best thing is my dog who has a lot more anxiety since Covid times- was absolutely fine and seemed very happy when I picked him up.”
“Michael and Loraine took great care of Jax, our Bichpoo. You can tell they have had dogs and are true dog lovers. Jax took to them right away, thanks to their loving manner and welcoming warmth. We’re already booked for our next trip!”

“Brandi was amazing! Genuinely a kind person and very personable. Treated my 75lb pit bull Leonidas like her own. Pictures of walks and him even in their vehicle. Highly recommend!!! God bless you:)”

“Shamira takes such wonderful care of my elderly dog. Nina is blind and has a lot of special needs — diapers, meds, eyedrops! Shamira handles it all in stride. And she makes sure to shower Nina with attention and give her plenty of the things she likes such as spending time in the sun.”

“I had met Shona a few times before my dog stayed with her so I already knew she was a cool and sweet lady. She exceeded my expectations in her care, communication, and patience (my dog is a bit anxious). She updated me with pictures and worked with me to problem solve when he had a few minor issues. I’m so happy we chose to board Cash with Shona and would recommend her to anyone!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Collegeville
Diego and Amelia took excellent care of our dog, Lucy, while we were away. Lucy has a health condition and many quirks, and they did an excellent job taking care of her. They were even able to accommodate her staying one extra night because of an error that I made on our departure date. They sent many pictures throughout our trip along with written updates, and they promptly responded to my texts. Our dog was very happy and calm when we picked her up. We will definitely be contacting Diego and Amelia to take care of our Lucy next time we are headed out of town.

My guys enjoyed their time with Amanda. We scheduled a Meet & Greet on the day she received my request. My guys loved her fenced in yard. Amanda sent photos through the day and the buys were happy when I picked them up the next day. I will definitely reccomend and use her services again.

We had a wonderful experience with Patricia. She communicated exceedingly well and often. She treated our Furbaby as her own by taking her on daily walks, applying topical medication, and accommodating her sleeping preferences. We received daily pictures and updates, which provided us with reassurance and comfort.

Our dog was obviously very well cared for by Adrienne. Between the ample attention, walks at the nearby park, beautiful, fully-fenced yard, and loving care, we wondered if Buddy would want to come home. We are thankful we found Adrienne. We will definitely be back!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
