Photo and video updates included. I mainly work from home, which means your dog or cat is never alone for long. I can take flexible breaks throughout the day — for walks, play, cuddles, or just to check in. I'm also available on weekends, which is great for longer holiday stays or weekend getaways. Care at my home: My day revolves around the pet. Dogs get multiple walks — a longer morning loop through the forest or Züriberg, a midday break, and another walk in the evening. In between: rest time, play, and plenty of cuddles. Cats have the run of a spacious flat with quiet retreats and stick to their regular feeding schedule. I follow your feeding instructions exactly — same food, same times, same routine as at home. Care at your home: For drop-in visits or house sitting, I keep your pet's normal daily rhythm — familiar routine means less stress. Feeding, fresh water, litter box or walks, plus play and cuddle time. I take my time rather than rushing in and out. On request I can also water plants, bring in the mail, and keep your home looking lived-in. Before any first booking, we go through all the details at a meet & greet — routine, food, medication, favourite spots, and anything else important to your pet.

Über: I’m comfortable taking care of both small and large dogs. I can handle feeding, playtime, companionship and daily routines, including taking dogs outside for walks and bathroom breaks up to three times per day. I’m calm, responsible and attentive to each dog’s personality and needs, and I enjoy making them feel safe, active and well cared for while their owners are away. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate time and attention to your dog throughout the day. I’m available for walks, feeding and playtime, including taking dogs outside up to three times per day. Über: Tiere begleiten mich schon mein ganzes Leben. Ich bin mit Katzen und Hunden aufgewachsen und habe früh gelernt, wie unterschiedlich und einzigartig jeder einzelne Charakter sein kann. Genau das fasziniert mich bis heute. Da ich komplett ortsunabhängig arbeite und studiere, bin ich zeitlich sehr flexibel und kann mich auch über längere Zeit hinweg liebevoll und zuverlässig um deinen Liebling kümmern. Spontane Anfragen sind für mich in der Regel ebenfalls gut möglich. Unsere Parson Jack Russell Hündin ist 17 Jahre alt und ein geliebter Familienhund, der die meiste Zeit aber bei meinen Eltern lebt. Durch sie habe ich viele Jahre Erfahrung gesammelt und ein besonderes Gespür für ältere Hunde, ihre Bedürfnisse und ihr Tempo entwickelt. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich dein Tier bei mir sicher, verstanden und rundum wohlfühlt, fast wie in seinem zweiten Zuhause. Da ich komplett remote arbeite und studiere, bin ich zeitlich sehr flexibel und kann meine Betreuung individuell an die Bedürfnisse deines Tieres anpassen. Spaziergänge, Fütterungen und Betreuung lassen sich problemlos in meinen Alltag integrieren, sodass dein Tier nicht lange allein ist. Ich plane bewusst genügend Zeit für Aufmerksamkeit, Bewegung und Ruhephasen ein. Auch spontane Anfragen oder längere Betreuungen sind in der Regel gut möglich. Ich wohne direkt bei einem Park und 5 min entfernt vom Wald. Die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden deines Tieres stehen für mich an erster Stelle. Ich gehe individuell auf jedes Tier ein und halte mich genau an deine Anweisungen, Routinen und Gewohnheiten, damit sich dein Liebling so wohl wie möglich fühlt. In deinem Zuhause verhalte ich mich respektvoll und achtsam und sorge dafür, dass die gewohnte Umgebung für dein Tier ruhig und sicher bleibt. Mir ist wichtig, aufmerksam zu sein und die Bedürfnisse deines Tieres richtig zu erkennen, sei es Bewegung, Ruhe oder Nähe. Auf Wunsch halte ich dich natürlich regelmässig mit Updates und Fotos auf dem Laufenden.

Über: Seit ich klein bin haben wir einen Labrador und passe seitdem auch auf Nachbarhunde auf. Ich habe vor allem Erfahrung mit ausgewachsenen Hunden und bin ein großer Tierfreund. Ich arbeite wochentags von 7 bis 18 Uhr und stehe danach gerne zur Betreuung zur Verfügung. Weiter bin ich am Wochenende flexibel und würde mich freuen die Zeit mit Ihrem Hund zu verbringen. Ich habe keinen Garten, wohne aber nahe am Wald und würde sehr gerne die Hund auf einen Spaziergang nehmen. Auch mit dem Auto bin ich sehr flexibel.

“Highly recommended!! Everything flows really well with Madhu and her whole family. They are all true dog lovers, and our dog could definitely feel that! Afri (our senior female Golden Retriever) was incredibly welcome in their home. When we met Madhu and her family for the first time, we could already sense their beautiful energy. Afri immediately felt calm and comfortable. Madhu is very responsible and truly cares about the dogs she looks after. We coordinated very easily for dropping Afri off and picking her up. She sent us pictures every day and stayed very connected with us during the whole time. Receiving photos of Afri going for walks, being in nature, relaxing with the family (which she loves), or even having her teeth cleaned was very comforting and really important for us. It gives you peace of mind. You can truly feel that Madhu and her family are taking care of your dog with love and attention. They inspire a lot of trust, you know your dog will be well cared for, with responsibility and affection, which is incredibly important. Madhu asked for all the information she needed and was very attentive to make sure Afri could continue with her usual routines as much as possible. We highly, highly recommend Madhu!!”

Über: I‘ve been taking care of dogs since a young age. Growing up with two dachshunds, I know what stubborn means, and nowadays, I help family friends take care of their dogs, of all shapes and sizes — from mini poodle to flat-coated retriever! I work 100%, but have flexibility when it comes to working from home. I’m free weekends and holidays, as I don’t have kids. I don’t have any pets, and live on the ground floor so have access to a fenced-in garden. There are also parks close by.
