About: I grew up with a beautiful, high-energy golden retriever, taking him for walks and car rides, brushing him, and giving him tons of pets. As someone who loves animals but isn’t in the position to have a pet of my own, I take any opportunity I can to hangout and take care of them. I had the opportunity recently to dog walk a senior dog and pet sit a couple big dogs for a few family friends and loved every minute of it. I took them for walks and potty breaks, fed them, played with them, and made sure to keep them on their normal routine while their owners were away. I am a quick learner who is able to follow instruction very well and ask questions when needed, so if your pet needs any extra care (for example, administering oral medication), I am more than comfortable taking on new tasks. I am currently in between employment and am looking for ways to make some money while I gear up for a master’s program in Scotland this fall. My availability is very flexible (e.g. mornings, afternoons, evenings, week days, and weekends) as my only other commitment is helping my brother with special needs on occasion. I will have plenty of time to give extra care and attention to your pets. I am very respectful, making sure to treat your home and pets as my own and ensuring their safety. For walks, I’ll make sure to use your preferred collar or harness, take the same walking route if that is what your pet prefers, always picking up their poop and putting it in the proper garbage, and making sure the doors/gates are locked before leaving. If your dog doesn’t enjoy interactions with other pets or people, I will make sure to avoid those situations, or if they do, give them plenty of time to socialize. In the home, I will make sure any hazards are put away, food is secured, things are put back where they belong, and make sure off-limit places stay off-limits. I will follow all instructions and send questions your way if I am unsure about anything. Plus, I’ll send photo updates so you know your pet is happy and well when you’re away.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, as for right now I am travelling on and off and therefore cannot have my own furry friend. But in the meantime would love to go on walks and take care of yours! I have plenty of availability when I’m not travelling! When I’m not travelling or volunteering to help youth or other animal programs, I am doing this! When watching the pets taking them out, playing with them, allowing them to eat on time is very important. A healthy balance of everything is what they need!

About: I have grown up with animals all my life from dogs and cats to reptiles and amphibians! Ever since I was a kid I have been obsessed with dogs and the amazing things they can be trained to do! I pride myself in my understanding on dogs body language and understanding how their minds work! I do currently work full time but I am looking to fill my free time with something I love and that’s spending time with animals! Well I can’t not provide day care or overnight in my home as I don’t live alone, I have a friendly fur baby of my own who loves meeting new friends on walks. I promise to respect your dogs daily routine and rules as I would expect someone watching my dog to do the same as to keep structure in your pets life well you are away as your absence can be stressful to your pet on its own.

About: I’ve worked with dogs and cats going on 8 years! I’ve dog sat anywhere from large labs to small chihuahuas! I’ve done a range of dog walking to dog sitting and enjoyed every second of it! I also have worked at a pet daycare and boarding facility for the last year so I know all the ins and outs of caring for pets or all needs and sizes:) My husband and I have 9 year old Australian Shepherd named Miller, and a 4 year old Boxer named Zeus. About: I have always loved dogs and taken care of them. I have a Maltese who is very active and loves to play. We have ample of space in our house to ensure your dog is comfortable. I work from home, so will be available daily to take care of your pet. I usually take my dog out to relieve himself every 3-4 hours. I have a yard and will ensure to take your pet for walks. We also have a dedicated room for my dog to play and your pet can share the room with him.

About: I have had dogs all my life and have taken care of friends, coworkers and rover pets over the last few years! I have a two year old beagle pup who has tons of energy and personality. No challenge is to big I currently work full time so they would need to be okay being alone while I’m at work. I typically have two days off during the week (Mon/Tues usually) and am home most evenings around 5-5:30pm I have a big fenced in back yard, that’s really dog friendly. About: I come from Ecuador where having a dog as part of the family is very common - so as a dog-lover here in Port Colborne, I am happy to provide the wise loving care you want for your pup. I have a sweet female 2-year-old golden doodle who is totally part of my family. I’d welcome your dog, too - whether it’s for a walk, a day-long play date, or a sleep over. When caring for pets, I feed them, give them fresh water, walk or play with them, and clean up after them. I make sure they're comfortable and happy.

About: I grew up in the country caring for all kinds of animals; dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, chickens etc. We raised German Shepherds and a few of their litters. I’ve had animals all my life:) I work 24 hour shifts, 7 days per month. Although I can’t have a dog of my own due to being away for long periods of time I can care for your pet fully on my days off. I have a fully fenced large yard in a family friendly neighbourhood near parks, trails etc. I have two cats and two kids who are pet friendly.

About: Hello my name is Kevin, I am 28 years old, I live with my 8 year old son in welland. I was a dog owner myself, I had a 6 year old German shephard thst passed away in 2016 due to illness. My son loves animals as do I. I am available most days, and hours as I work shift work. I live in a 3 level backsplit ,with a fenced in backyard with an inground pool. Also a larg park within a 5 minute walk away from my place. I can accomadate any size pet in my home as I have the room and the accessories needed (e.i toys, treats, beds, blankets, and all the love) I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies ! I work shift work at General Motors. Shifts can be from 6 to 3 or 3 to 11. Someone always home though. Can work around different schedules. I have a fenced in backyard and a huge front yard that they can run around. I live in a crescent so there is no traffic at all other then the neighbors. Huge park 3 min walk away.

About: I have worked at an SPCA for years and taken care of all kinds, breeds and ages of animals. I have always had animals and they are my family. Daily exercise is important for the wellbeing of the pet. I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats at home. They are everything to me and I want to be able to share my love for animals with other people by helping them out. I have fostered cats for many years from the local Humane Society. Some orphaned kittens and some mommas waiting to give birth and house them until they are ready for adoption. Through this and having my own animals for many years, I am able to give any and all medications that your pets require. I am currently available any days and times. I plan to spend as much time as needed with the animal without having to worry about other scheduling conflicts. I will make sure to get the pet all the attention they need and have some time for play as well. Getting them mentally stimulated is very important.

About: Hi, my name is Tiffany. I love all kinds of animals and have a lot of experience caring for different pets. I currently own 2 little rat babes and am a dog mom to a Great Pyrenees puppy. I am in love with big dogs, the bigger the better! I grew up in a home that has constantly had pets and I couldn't picture my life without a furbaby. My life has revolved around animals and their wellbeing. I have done a co-op course at a Vets office in the past and learned so many new things for the 6 months that I was there, it was an experience like no other. About: Hi my name is Aaron! I'm an Aussie who moved to Canada around two years ago. Enjoying the outdoors and wildlife living in Lake Louise; I met my wonderful partner where we decided to move to Niagara and closer to family. We both have a strong love for animals and knew this would be the perfect gig for us! I've been passionate about caring for animals my entire life. Growing up with dogs - specifically Boxers and an Alaskan Malamute - always ensuring they feel loved and secure. Over the years, I've developed many skills in pet care, including feeding routines, grooming, playtime, and recognizing signs of discomfort or illness. I'm experienced with both high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and independent pets who require a gentler approach. I understand just how special each fur baby is and we feel honoured anytime someone chooses to trust us with theirs! I currently have a part time job early morning but have the help of my partner in looking after your fur baby whenever I am out of the house! About: Hey there I have been around animals all my life. I have ridden horse for 9 years and have been around animals all my life, I grew up with 2 Rottweilers. I also cooped at an animal hospital. My family says that in another life I would be an animal because I seem to get along with all animals and they love my presence. I am a dedicated and willing person who will do anything to benefit the animal and make it happy! I own a maincoon cat that is very friendly around all animals, and he grew up with my dogs when I was younger and loved them.
