“Catia was amazing with my boy! She sent plenty of updates and pictures, which I loved! She also took him for multiple walks and he came home happy and content. I highly recommend her services. I don’t trust just anyone with my dogs, but I’m glad I found Catia!”

“Thanks, Jennifer & Brent. As always, Copper had a great visit with you and we really appreciate your flexibility and accommodating style! Ron, Jennifer & Copper”

“Melanie has been boarding my German shepherd River for several months now, and she’s simply just the BEST! She’s very professional, kind and caring, and accommodating. River is always excited to go there to hang out with her dog Tulo and her kids. It’s a huge load off my mind that he’s being well looked after for both short and long stays. Thanks so much for all you do Melanie!”

“Sandy and her partner were lovely to communicate & coordinate with and I received regular updates on Shadow’s stay with them. They have a big back yard that is fenced in that my dog loved to explore and a nice deck for him to sun tan on (his fav). Would highly recommend Sandy as a rover sitter!”

“I’m so so happy with Jeff’s care of Athena. He provided lots of updates and pictures and took her on long walks every day. I’ll definitely be rebooking with him!”

“Buddy was looked after very well. We really enjoyed the pictures that they sent to us.we hope to use them again for future trips, because we know he’ll be well looked after”

“Daniela was awesome. It was a last minute booking and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my puppy with her. I got frequent updates every day; with photos, and Nari clearly had a great time. Thank you!”

“Samantha took great care of our Old English Sheepdog (Mick) while we were away for a week over the holidays. We were updated with photos and can’t say enough good things about her and the care/attention she provided. We highly recommend Samantha and will gladly be repeat customers. Thank you Samantha!”

“Heather and Matt were absolutely incredible with Charlie during our 10 days away. We had met with another sitter before them and it just didn’t feel right, but from our very first meet and greet with Heather and Matt, we immediately knew they were the perfect fit. We felt confident leaving Charlie in their care. They treated him like part of their family and truly loved him. Their communication was exceptional—we received regular updates and lots of photos, which gave us such peace of mind. This was especially important to us as Charlie had recently had surgery to remove a lump on his back and still had stitches. They followed all instructions perfectly and were so attentive and caring. Charlie is also very spoiled and loves being cozy with his blankets, and they went above and beyond by setting up his bed near the fireplace to keep him warm! We felt completely at ease the entire time and were so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay. We cannot recommend Heather and Matt highly enough.”

“Hayley did a fantastic job with Coco. Hayley responds quickly. She made a lot of pictures so we don't worry about Coco. I saw Coco's pictures lounging on the couch, walking together with Penny. Thank you so much for taking care of Coco. We will do this again.”

“Trisha was fantastic. It was Charlie’s first experience going to a sitter and I was a little nervous. Tricia’s house is warm and friendly. She greeted us at the door and engaged with Charlie immediately. He even felt comfortable enough to run through the house to get a toy! What I really appreciated was how Trisha asked about Charlie’s likes/dislikes and routine. She works really hard to ensure everything is as consistent and comfortable as possible. When I picked him up the next day he was happy and energetic. Thank you Trisha for making our first Rover experience an awesome one. We look forward to Charlie’s next sleepover with you.”

“beverly. you are the best sitter ever! our Lilly just loves you and ur husband too. it’s been such a comfort and blessing to have her available to us for vacations or whatever. i’m so grateful for her!”

“Karen and Jorge were great with our little dog Gracie. Gracie took to them right away, was clearly comfortable in their home and they spoiled her with love and attention. They sent us photos and updates throughout the weekend. We will happily book again with Karen and Jorge.”

“Ruth was quite attentive to Molly, as well as putting my mind at ease with daily notes. Molly was well cared for. Ruth was patient with Mollys anxiety on hardwood floors, by putting out her carpets and runners! We will connect with Ruth again!”

About: I didn’t grow up with cats, but I’ve loved every chance I’ve gotten to interact with them. It’s the best feeling when a cat chooses to be near you. I’ve taken care of a few cats in the past, checking up on them, feeding them, making sure their water is full and changing their litter. Obviously every cat is different so I always ask the pet owner about any particularities I should know and make sure to meet the cat before pet sitting so they are familiar with me. I follow instructions very well and will always respect your home, making sure your cat is happy and taken care of.

“I highly recommend, they are caring about yr pet, trust worthy and reliable!!! I cannot fully express how amazing they were with my fur baby. They came for at home visits and made sure my cat had his every need met. They even brought a radio for background noise for him and filtered water for him to drink. That's how much they care about the animals. They brushed him and gave him cuddles. Every day they texted updates with pictures. I will be using them as my cat sitter from now on. I 100% trust them with my cats care.”

About: I’ve had 3 cats in a single house since the start of highschool until I moved back down here. They were my rambunctious rapscallions and I miss them lots. Two brothers and a sister, various amounts of attention needed but I loved them to bits
“Tata is amazing. My kitty was somewhat feral when I got her years ago. Doesn't trust anyone but myself and my husband. She came and GREETED Tata when she arrived. Every day. I highly recommend her.”

“I’m so so grateful for Jessica. I booked her services in such a short notice and she was super accommodating. She would keep me updated with videos, pics and details about how my baby was doing (my cat Simon), which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. Also, Simon really seemed to like her company and energy. I would recommend her 100% - She’s friendly, caring, diligent, enthusiastic and very kind. Thank you so much Jessica, I’m very glad I found you!!!”

“Collin was wonderful to have looking after my precious Luna. We met before my vacation to put my anxiety to rest. He had my kitty for 9 days and treated her very well. The communication and care he offered was appreciated. I received regular photos and videos during my trip. He even bought her some new toys. I forgot her scratch post when I picked her up and he dropped it off for me subsequently. Thank you so much Collin!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, as for right now I am travelling on and off and therefore cannot have my own furry friend. But in the meantime would love to go on walks and take care of yours! I have plenty of availability when I’m not travelling! When I’m not travelling or volunteering to help youth or other animal programs, I am doing this! When watching the pets taking them out, playing with them, allowing them to eat on time is very important. A healthy balance of everything is what they need!

About: I’ve been caring for cats for about seven years through cat sitting for neighbours, friends and family. Cats have always been a huge part of my life and I’ve had four of my own. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, and I take the time to make them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s feeding, cleaning litter boxes, playing, giving affection (on their terms!), or simply keeping them company, I’ll treat your cat like they’re one of my own.

About: I've owned cats all my life and have been cat sitting for friends and family since I was a little kid. I have administered many oral meds and insulin based on your vet's orders. Will brush for free, flea-treat with products you provide. I provide clean bedding/environment for each animal. Unable to take FIV+, sorry.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for about 10 years from having 2 cats at home and one dog, I am all taking care of a few dogs in Canada where I study and take them for walks and house sit when the owners are out of town. it helps me take a break from doing whatever to care for the pet and walk it and spend time with an animal for a few hours in a day to get my mindset different. On a daily basis I wake up and feed the dog and then take him/ her for a walk and play with the pet for a while and then take him/ her for an other walk and then at night I feed him/ her again and take him for an other walk and then one more before bed so I’m taking the pet for a walk around 4-5 times a day depends.
“Sabrina was great with our Kitten! She played with him everyday and sent us tons of updates. She was also very organized with letting us know when she would be by and how much he was eating. Would recommend!”

“Eileen did an amazing job watching after our two cats. She followed all of our instructions to a T and always sent us pictures of our fur babies. Our cars are very shy but some how, Eileen got them to come out while she was here. We would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter !! We will definitely be using her services again :)”

About: I’ve spent the past few years helping care for dogs for friends, family, and people in my community. I genuinely love being around dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy on their walks. I’m patient, attentive, and reliable, and I always follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, leash preferences, exercise needs, and any special care requests. I enjoy long walks, outdoor activity, and giving dogs plenty of attention and positive interaction. I’m comfortable with different energy levels and personalities, from playful dogs who love exercise to calmer dogs who prefer a slower pace. I also make communication a priority and can provide updates and photos during walks so owners feel confident their pets are in good hands. I currently have a flexible weekday schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting during most weekdays, including afternoons and evenings. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I make it a priority to be dependable, communicative, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs and routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special instructions so they feel secure and well cared for. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure pets have fresh water, attention, exercise, and a calm environment. During walks, I stay alert, use secure leashing practices, and avoid unsafe situations or overly crowded areas when needed. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive to animal behaviour, and I believe building trust with both pets and owners is important. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have grown up with animals all my life from dogs and cats to reptiles and amphibians! Ever since I was a kid I have been obsessed with dogs and the amazing things they can be trained to do! Well I can’t not provide day care or overnight in my home as I don’t live alone, I have a friendly fur baby of my own who loves meeting new friends on walks. I promise to respect your dogs daily routine and rules as I would expect someone watching my dog to do the same as to keep structure in your pets life well you are away as your absence can be stressful to your pet on its own.

About: No request from you is too big!! My husband and I live in the middle of Welland. I started a not-for-profit dog rescue (Red Dog Rescue) from my home. We have saved 500 dogs off the streets of Texas since January 2020 and re-homed them here in Ontario. I left it late 2021 as the stress was too much but I do still foster the occasional dog! We own 5 rescue dogs total: 1. Bulldog (named KD) 2. Beagle (Lucy) 3. Collie (Kody) 4. Husky (Pretzel) 5. Bulldog (Silver) We go for walks, runs, hiking on trails and trips to the park daily! We do not go to dog parks due to the risk of incidents. We believe a tired dog is a good dog. Frozen peanut butter or treats in Kong's are given MINIMUM daily depending on allergies/sensitivities. Our love for these animals is unending and all dog guests are treated like our own. We live a very active lifestyle but are willing to tone it down to care for sick/old dogs as well. Contagious sicknesses however we cannot accept due to the high amount of dogs we have coming and going. We have a private dog area for dogs that are not socialized/aggressive but can only take 1 at a time. All dogs are “puppies” in our house, no matter how old they are. Corey and Robyn are Paramedics however Robyn now works from home while on mat leave, so someone is usually always home. We both know first aid and CPR for dogs, as well as any wound care and are willing to take the dog to a vet of your choice if needed, but are able to determine if the dog needs to go to the closest facility in case of an emergency. We both have experience with pilling animals and treating wounds, as well as we can do injections, first aid and CPR. Robyn worked at a vet clinic for 6 years with cats and dogs. She opened a grooming clinic in the downstairs of the vet. Her motto is “no dog left behind” and people brought the most aggressive dogs to her to be trained how to behave and relax/enjoy grooming. Dogs that other groomers turned away. She taught horseback riding lessons to kids and grew up owning one hundred free range hens. She grew up with family dogs as well. She has experience with zoo animals and reptiles having completed the Animal Care Program at Sheridan College. She also used to volunteer grooming at the SPCA in Hamilton as well. Corey grew up with dogs in his house his whole life. His favorite breed is Boxer, but he loves all breeds. Corey is very active. He does CrossFit and soccer and loves to run, but he prefers to do so with the company of a pooch, big or small. One day we hope to move to Texas to rescue dogs as there is a bad crisis of overpopulation there. We are also learning Spanish, this way when the funding is there we plan to drive down to Mexico to assist with the overpopulation of dogs and educating people about the importance of spaying/neutering their pets. Corey’s parents own three of the dogs we fostered in the past from Texas. We were both shift workers so we are happy to do crazy drop off/pick up times, being available 24/7 for those on night shifts! Give us a chance and we will do what we can to accommodate your pet! :) Big or small we love them all! #nodogleftbehind #spayandneuter #adoptdontshop Robyn is usually home all day as she works from home stepping out every so often for a quick appointment. Corey is home every evening/night and usually does evening walks/feeding. We have a large 6.5 ft solid wooden fenced in yard with patio stones, straw and wood chips to avoid mud! Concrete around the edges to avoid any escaping. Three of our dogs are well socialized and love to play! The other two we keep separate. We have a "cat room" and when the dogs are outside playing the cats roam the home! We rotate dogs/cats all day long when they stay with us to make sure everyone gets an adequate time to play/nap. Our dogs are crate trained but if your dog is well trained we can let them roam the home at night while ours sleep in the "doggie room".

I’ll always keep my calendar up to date and communicate clearly so you know exactly when I’m available. I always follow your pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and at ease while you’re away. Whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, litter box care, or lots of cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I’ll also keep you updated with any questions I may have, messages and photos so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.
About: I have studied dog psychology, behavior and training for years. I specialize in fearful and reactive dogs. My preferred approach is with positive reinforcement. Your pet will never be rushed into anything. Kindness and gentle handling is my signature. I am also an animal medium which helps me tune in with how your fur babies are feeling. Your pets feeling safe is my #1 priority! I am self employed and have a flexible schedule. I can adjust to your routines and requests. You're welcome to message me at any time! Everyone takes care of their pets a little differently. I would love to have a chat so that I can be sure to maintain the routine, use the same handling methods, and keep your training progress where it is if you are actively training your dog whether I am pet sitting or walking for you!
“Eileen and Our golden became instant friends. It’s so evident that Eileen is a true pet lover. She’s kind, gentle and enjoys what she does. We were so impressed we’ve already booked her services for an upcoming dog sit.”

About: I come from Ecuador where having a dog as part of the family is very common - so as a dog-lover here in Port Colborne, I am happy to provide the wise loving care you want for your pup. I have a sweet female 2-year-old golden doodle who is totally part of my family. I’d welcome your dog, too - whether it’s for a walk, a day-long play date, or a sleep over. When caring for pets, I feed them, give them fresh water, walk or play with them, and clean up after them. I make sure they're comfortable and happy.

I’ve had animals all my life:) I work 24 hour shifts, 7 days per month. Although I can’t have a dog of my own due to being away for long periods of time I can care for your pet fully on my days off. I have a fully fenced large yard in a family friendly neighbourhood near parks, trails etc. I have two cats and two kids who are pet friendly.

“Catia was amazing with my boy! She sent plenty of updates and pictures, which I loved! She also took him for multiple walks and he came home happy and content. I highly recommend her services. I don’t trust just anyone with my dogs, but I’m glad I found Catia!”

“Samantha took great care of our Old English Sheepdog (Mick) while we were away for a week over the holidays. We were updated with photos and can’t say enough good things about her and the care/attention she provided. We highly recommend Samantha and will gladly be repeat customers. Thank you Samantha!”

“Miryam took amazing care of cooper! She sent lots of photos and kept us updated during his stay which helped put us at ease. Cooper didn't want to leave! Highly recommend Miryam and will be using her again :)”

“Mindy was so kind and flexible regarding drop off and pick up. Isabella really loved hanging with Mindy. And even made a new friend with the kitty. Isabella also loved running around in the nice yard”

“Stephanie provides a loving and caring home. Communication is outstanding and cared for my dog qs if it was her own. Will be booking with Stephanie for future trips”

“This was the first positive boarding experience our 9yr old golden retriever has ever had (admittedly he usually stays in kennels). Normally, our retriever is stressed and anxious but Maddie clearly has a lot of experience and settled our dog almost immediately. Her home and yard provide the perfect environment whether your dog is active or just prefers to lounge on the couch. Her obedient lab and daschund were great companions. A nearby park and green space/creek provide a convenient off-the-road exercise venue. Maddie walked our dog right at sunrise before it got too hot and gauged his energy level throughout the 3 day stay to ensure he wasn't overworked. She provided frequent updates with photos and clearly he was a very happy dog. Medication was also property administered. I certainly plan to use Maddie's services again and highly recommend her!”

“Jenn and Brian were able to watch our dog for 5 days while we were away. We received lots of pictures/updates throughout that time and it was clear that our pup was having a great time and was very happy! Highly recommend!”

“Couldn't be happier with the care Connor gave to Atlas. He also sent amazing updates and so many great pictures. It was clear that Atlas was super well cared for and we're so grateful.”

“Courtney and Allan were so great with our dog, Oliver! Over his 3-day stay, they took him for many walks, gave him lots of cuddles and were very communicative and sent lots of photos. He genuinely looked at home with them and it was so lovely to see. I’m sure that Oliver is excited for his next stay with Courtney and Allan!”

“Robyn did a great job dog sitting our 4 month old Sheepadoodle puppy! She shared videos in a timely manner to keep me updated. I was a little anxious as it was Skye’s first boarding experience and he hasn’t been around a lot of dogs. Robyn has 5 dogs of her own and I’m sure Skye would have had a blast with all of them. Robyn was so positive and even though I know our puppy is a menace lol. Will be definitely booking her in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of our puppy.”

“Anthony and Nate did a wonderful job with our Holly. I got photo/text updates on how she was doing. We would definitely book again. If you are thinking about booking with Anthony, you definitely should.”

“Amazing sitter!! I know when I leave Jiraiya with Ryan, he's going to have a blast. I can tell Jiraiya has plenty of playtime because he's a sleepy boy on the car ride home lol. Thank you Ryan :)”
