Ilia can enter twice a day to feed and care for her needs without issue and I always arrive home to a calm and well cared for little girl! Before my last trip, I inadvertently lowered the freezer temperature during cleaning. Thankfully after a few days Ilia noticed something was off and opened the freezer to find a disaster in the making! She called right away to alert me of the problem and was kind enough to clean it out entirely so that I would not arrive home many days later to a far more undesirable mess! About: I currently work full time as a veterinary technician and have years of experience with all types of animals. I also grew up on a farm and currently work on a horse farm as a hobby in my free time. I throughly enjoy pet sitting and spoil them as if they are my own. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people, their pets & all the different personalities i get to enjoy. I want to make your pets as comfortable & happy as possible while you’re away. I stick to their daily routines to have some normality while you’re gone. I have a lot of knowledge with animals and their health. I’ll be able to take care of your pet daily and if there is any emergencies or issues, I’ll know how to safely handle them. I’m also comfortable administrating medications. My schedule is pretty consistent each week. Each work day is typically 8 hours long but some days are shorter than others. Depending on location, lunch time breaks are available! My biggest responsibility is safety; keeping your pet safe while happy is my top priority. This goes for while on walks, adventures or even just bathroom breaks. As well as any sickness that may come up while you’re gone. Being a veterinary technician, i can realize a sickness sooner than others and know the right course of action.
