About: Hey, I’m Jeremy! An animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, and long-time pet caregiver. I’ve been walking dogs since I was 12 and have experience with both cats and dogs since before I can remember. I currently have a cat who I’ve cared for over the past three years, and before moving out on my own, I helped take care of our family’s pets, including three wonderful dogs over the years. I was involved in all parts of their care: daily walks, playtime, feeding, and of course, the less glamorous tasks like picking up after them. I'm patient, dependable, and always aim to make animals feel safe and loved. When I’m not spending time with animals, I work full-time in administration and graphic design at a funeral home. I’m also an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, working with the Cadet Program. I work full-time on a 3-week rotating schedule, but I always know my availability in advance. My weekends rotate like this: one weekend I work, the next is a long weekend (Friday to Monday off), and the third is a regular Saturday–Sunday off. I usually have one weekday off as well, which I can use for walks or pet visits. Most days, I’m also able to pop by during my lunch break—usually between 1:30 and 2:30—for a quick walk, play session, or check-in. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and plenty of space inside for pets to relax. I do have a cat, but she keeps to herself and tends to avoid other animals, so there’s very little interaction unless your pet is especially curious. I keep my home clean, pet-friendly, and free of any hazards. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or visiting yours, I always follow feeding routines, leash rules, and any specific instructions you leave. You’ll also get regular updates so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: Growing up with a variety of pets, from small to large dogs with different temperaments and personalities, I am comfortable with whatever needs looking after and always look forward to meeting a new furry friend. I am knowledgeable about the needs of a variety of pets, as I've cared for elderly cats and those requiring special medications and accommodations. I am a Lakehead University graduate with a Bachelor of Environmental Science (biology major) and have taken courses regarding animal behaviour and body language. I have experience in reptile handling through two summers of field research with turtles, including snapping turtles! I consider myself very caring and will treat your furry family members with the respect they deserve. I have a calm personality and can handle most overactive dogs. I'll be able to run or bike with dogs that require a more fast-paced walk. As of now, my schedule is quite open so I can be very accommodating with your own schedule. I am currently part time with a flexible schedule. I fit my own pet care around this schedule, and would be able to accommodate to whatever you require. I currently have only one cat, Arthur, who is FIV+ and requires special and attentive care. Daily monitoring of his health and behaviour alongside general care is key to keeping him healthy. About: Hello! I am a zoology (animal biology) graduate from Laurentian University who has an extreme passion for the care and health of wild and domesticated animals. I’ve had/cared for multiple types of house pets including cats/kittens, dogs/puppies, snakes, lizards, turtles/tortoises, birds, and fish ever since I was 10-12. I have experience administering medications to cats and dogs under my care, ensuring they have enough exercise, and giving them love and care every animal deserves. For those looking for cat care, I have multitudes of experience with cats as I have adopted and raised my own cat (Arlo) since a kitten and have helped/advised family and friends on the care for theirs. I’ve done cat sitting since I’ve been really young with senior/kittens and volunteered at a cat rehab centre during university giving me experience with slowly socializing feral and temperamental cats. Those looking for dog care, I’ve had dogs all my life, mostly medium to large dogs like my families St.Bernard/Lab/Mastiff and our passed Labrador but I also have experience looking after smaller dogs. I’ve cared for puppies to middle age to senior dogs and have also had experience with dogs with medical issues (ex. Dogs who have experienced seizures or strokes). Pet care has always been a natural part of my daily life. As a recent graduate with a flexible schedule, I now have even more time and energy to dedicate to caring for pets. I love spending time outdoors and being active, so daily walks and playtime with pets easily fit into my routine. When pet sitting in a clients home, I make sure to follow the pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care like administering medication or sticking to training habits. I keep the home clean, ensure your privacy as a client, and treat the home with the same respect I would my own. For dog walking, I focus on safety by making sure leashes and harnesses are secure, avoiding unsafe or overly crowded areas, and keeping a close eye on the dog’s behaviour and energy level. About: Raised around dogs, birds, fish, ect. Helped take care of a full litter of puppies, cared for a senior dog and helped train 3 dogs. I am willing to care for pets whenever needed, my scedual is pretty open. Weekends and weekdays included, I will make sure to have time to care for any pet. About: I have always had cats and dogs growing up and have had to do the maintenance necessary on each of my animals. I have also owned small animals as well as am very knowledgeable on the proper husbandry required for most animals you would find at PetSmart. I currently work full time as a Developmental Service Worker. I am looking to make a schedule that fits around my full time hours. Weekends are ideal for me. I live in an apartment building with two rabbits that can be separated off into my bedroom no problem. I unfortunately do not have a back yard, however there’s a big open grassy area right behind my apartment building that would be great for when using the washroom. I do not smoke in my apartment so that will not be an issue either. I do not have any roommates and would be a great fit for dogs who prefer quieter spaces.

Because she is older and sometimes experiences confusion and anxiety, being away from us for an extended time has been stressful for her in the past. This time was very different. Nicole and family followed all instructions carefully and truly went above and beyond. She didn’t just drop in, she spent time closely interacting with our girl, giving her the affection, play, snuggles, lap time, and lots of gentle attention. Our senior cat does best when she has people around to help her feel safe and relaxed, Nicole and family met all her needs. We also really appreciated the daily updates so we could see how things were going at home. When we came home, she seemed calm, happy, and much less stressed than after previous trips. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since the young age of 5. Since then I’ve changed litter, trained, walked, fed and all round cared for many animals for myself, friends and family. I’m currently only working part time so have a lot of time free. While my schedule varies in hours I feel time can always be made for animals. I think caring for animals in the homes they are used to is best as they are used to the environment and it’s a space they know and feel safe in.

As I currently live in an apartment building with no fenced yard, I am not able to provide boarding services at this time.
