As any dog owner having your dog away for the first time can be anxious. However Zhen reassured us from the very first time that we met up with him, prior to Nike's stay. Zhen gave us details on what to expect as well as what to provide for the stay. Zhen answered all of our questions prior to and throughout the stay. We received daily updates accompanied with pictures. He and his wife were very affectionate towards our dog and we can tell that Nike had a great time. Nike even ran back and showed affection towards Zhen's wife after we picked him up. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will not hesitate to call upon Zhen's services in the future.
