“Melody has been an absolute blessing! She pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my big girl: from his treats and his routine down to the way she likes to play. I never worried a minute while I was out of country because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my girl didn’t suffer from our absence because Melody was covering her with showers of love. I would HIGHLY recommend Melody and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends with furry people. Don’t even worry a minute, just let Melody finger thing and you will be amazed. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
