“At the beginning of searching for someone to take care of our puppy, we didn’t know where to go then we found the website ‘Rover’ and we decided on Sérine. She had good reviews and rebooks, which was a good sign plus they mentioned that she provided them with pictures - which we thought was very thoughtful. Our ‘Molly’ seemed so happy in all of the pictures and videos that we didn’t worry at all plus the comments that Sérine made concerning our pup was so caring and thoughtful ❤️. We went to pick Molly up and she was so excited to see us which is normal but her dog was so excited to want to play with her even to the point of dog crying cause he didn’t want her to go 😊. We didn’t say a word but then Molly went over to Sérine for a pat and rubbed up to legs - it was so sweet - then she was ready to go home. We would rebook again and we would definitely recommend Sérine. We gave her a tip before we left (we weren’t aware that we could do it here) to show our appreciation. I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I’m currently a work-from-home professional so I am quite flexible time and space wise. I am available at virtually any time and can readily offer overnight care in your home while you’re away. With a persistent attention to detail, I frequently look out for when an animal is trying to communicate a need, such as them wanting water, to play, to eat, to be pet, etc. I always ensure they have fresh, clean water and that they are fed the appropriate amount and on time. About: Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.

About: Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.
