She was very attentive to his needs, communicated well with us, and went the extra mile to go get him eye drops when he needed them for his irritated eye, buying the correct food when it ran out since we were on a long trip, and even bought us an extra bag of food so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of passing by the pet store while settling back in from my trip. “Russell and their family took such fantastic care of our dogs for an extended stay (3+ weeks). We received daily photos and videos, and in them could see how happy our dogs were. They got multiple walks daily, and ran around in the backyard. As someone who has used multiple sitters and kennels, I think this has been one of the best experiences for our dogs. I would 100% recommend having Russell and family taking care of your fur babies; and will definitely use them again if we need dog sitting while in Montreal.”
