“Leah is so amazing and we feel so lucky to have her walking our two dogs. Our two dogs have individual specific needs while walking on leash, specifically passing other dogs on leash - and Leah is so attentive, and provides detailed descriptions of how the walks went. Leah is very communicative and punctual, and I would really recommend her for anyone! :)”

About: Compassionate animal lover, with experience with navigating behavioral challenges while walking dogs. Have been a life-long pet owner for cats and dogs. I currently have a cat who I love dearly and play with daily. I'm currently working part-time in the mornings 5 days a week. I have the majority of the afternoons Monday to Sunday starting at 1pm to help with your pet-care needs. I am trustworthy to care for your pets in your home and can take them for walks in the community around your home. I hope this will create a comfortable environment for your pets by walking/caring for them in a familiar environment.
“Quinlyn did a fantastic job walking my dog while I was out of town. She was quick to respond to messages and was flexible with her schedule. She took my dog for some good long walks in the off-leash park and the photos were great to see my dog having a fun time.”

About: I have many years of experience looking after friends and families fur-babies. We currently have two pets; a Shih Tzu puppy and a Sphynx kitten. I am currently working FT as a Nurse at the Hospital, so my availability will vary every week. However, my schedule in Rover is updated regularly. I follow the instructions that my clients provide. I would also love to meet and greet with your pets. I am open to providing medication, if discussed prior to.
About: I have owned dogs since I was young and love them like crazy! Currently I don’t have any due to living in a small apartment. Not available for boarding or overnight care. Thanks in advance if you have chosen me with your fur babies. Currently working full time, available on evenings and weekends. If looking for check in’s, I can do morning and evening during the week, and several hours over the weekend. At this time I am unable to care for pets in my own home as I live in an apartment. However in your home I can do visits in the morning and evening during the week, and spend several hours with them on weekends.
About: I am Fear Free certified and have 8 years of Veterinary Assistant experience. I have been housesitting for about 8 years and can handle a house with 1 animal or 10. I do work my regular job at Stretch and Fetch Monday - Thursday. I have an hour for lunch for potty breaks. After work, I enjoy going for a walk, and on my days off I typically go for hikes. I can confidently give medication of any kind and have lots of knowledge about medications. I strongly believe in a Fear Free environment and will work with animals where they are at.
About: Aside from growing up with dogs throughout my life, I have 2 years of professional dog walking through Wags out West in Terrace, BC. We provided reliable pick up and drop off services, as well as on and off leash dog walking for a variety of clientele (large and small breed dogs). Please feel free to reach out to Wags out West as a reference! I'm currently working evenings throughout the week but still have quite a bit of time throughout the week, with it being the slow season. I am available during the day until 5pm and am available after 10pm as well. If you have an athletic or active dog, I am the host for you! Trips to parks (on and off leash), hiking the trails, I'll make sure they burn that energy. If your dog is less active, we can bring our activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable! I'll be sure to get lots of snuggles in as well!
About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a pet owner and more than a decade as a professional pet sitter and dog walker, I bring both personal passion and proven expertise to every furry friend in my care. Since 2010, I've dedicated myself to providing reliable, compassionate care for dogs and cats while their owners are away or at work. My journey with dogs began in 2003 and with cats in 2009, giving me deep insight into the unique personalities, needs, and behaviors of both species. This extensive experience has taught me how to read animal body language, recognize signs of stress or discomfort, and adapt my approach to each pet's individual temperament—whether they're energetic and playful or shy and reserved. I understand that leaving your beloved pet in someone else's care requires trust, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. Whether it's maintaining daily routines, administering medications, providing engaging exercise and playtime, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I treat every pet as if they were my own. Your pet's safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities, and I'm committed to giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. I am currently unemployed, so I have full availability to care for your pets anytime you need! Same day bookings are accepted for all services. When caring for your pets, I do ask for any special instructions for their care and a description of the pet's personality. This helps me keep your pet comfortable and cared for in the same way they're used to.
“Molly was great! She was on time, had clear communication with us, was trustworthy, and most importantly took care of our dog Wrinkle exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend having Molly look after your canine family member.”
About: I have been around cats and dogs my whole life and I love them to bits! I’ve fostered both cats and dogs and walk my neighbours dogs quite often. I am very patient and enjoy working with dogs while they are still learning new skills. There is no greater bond than that of a dog and it’s owner. I like taking dogs on runs and long walks and love to get down and play with them. I have experience working with neglected and somewhat aggressive dogs who are still learning how to trust people. I have looked after a disabled dog and ensured that she got enough exercise and play while taking into consideration her disabilities so she wasn’t injuring herself further. I want to bring as much joy to their lives as they do to mine. I want to make sure your furry friend has as much fun as they can while they wait for you to come home! I am currently in my 4th year of nursing school but most of my class are online so I am very available to cater to your pets specific needs! I will not be taking dogs into my home but I can come to you. I let them out every few hours and give lots of attention!

About: Hello fur mums and dads! I’m a super fun, protective and fiercely loyal friend and rescue dog mom of two beautiful boys and two spoiled princesses. It doesn’t matter if your fur babies have attitude, are high maintenance, loves to chill and be lazy - I have seen it all (and I love it)! I have been doing this for over 3 years now and I know and follow all Rover guidelines, I am hyper-aware of your homes security and will go the extra mile to leave your home the same or better than I came to find it! That’s MY guarantee. As per my client reviews, I really do care about pets (and their people) and I like to build that rapport with you and your family. I have experience working with dogs who have special needs such as tri-pawds (dogs without a limb), mesoesophogas, diabetics, dogs who are post-operation, and those with diet and medication requirements. I love seniors and puppies alike, and I believe in positive reinforcement and consistency. I will make sure to follow whatever you/your families bathroom/walking/feeding schedule, as to not throw your pet for a loop. Pets can be very adverse to change, especially when their humans are away, so I’d truly love to have the chance to be your go-to gal for care! If you need someone to just drop in and take your babe to get their “zoomies” out, or someone to sit and distract your anxiety riddled dog - I love to do it all. I know life gets in the way of being the “perfect dog parent” - sometimes you’re stuck with overtime, maybe shift work; or there’s family emergencies and family engagements - maybe even a long weekend out of town - whatever the case may be, please don’t hesitate to give me a shout. Day or night, anytime! I have a clean criminal record, a reliable vehicle, valid (and clean) driving record to transport your animals (if needed) AND I am Dogsafe Canine First Aid Certified. I’m also an approved foster parent for the North Cariboo District BCSPCA and the PG Humane Society. Please know your sweethearts will be in very competent, caring hands during your time of need! Pet care is my “full-time” job. I put all of my energy into each of my stays. I worked for Federal Corrections for nearly a decade so providing supervision and community service is in my blood, so to speak. Animals are healing for me and they provide me with joy and unique learning experiences. I take away something from each pet, each stay and each family. Many people notice that I have my own (very big) fur babies and ask if I bring them along, or what I do with them while I’m watching your pets? Well, I’m blessed to have a wonderful, supportive partner who really is a 10/10 dog daddy and takes the best care of them so I’m allowed time away to take the best care of YOURS! I care for your pets, just as YOU would. I will follow your routine, feeding schedule, sleep schedule, training regimen, etc. as to not cause them an extraneous undue stress or anxiety. This is why meet and greets are so important to me and vital to continuity of care. For dogs staying in my home: I have a beautifully fenced and secure backyard. I have two trained neutered male dogs who are playful, balanced and welcoming. They love to have company and meet new friends. But if your doggo requires a more quiet environment - I have a separate comfortable space with safe and secure crates (both extra large and extra small) at the ready. So you don’t have to worry about lugging out your own! I am proud to say I have gone all out creating a plush, cozy, quiet environment, just for your pet! Complete with dog-friendly TV shows and/or music, ambient lighting, dog-safe aromatherapy and all natural treats and chewies for them to enjoy and gnaw on, if needed.
