“Gabrielle was wonderful! We were away for a couple of nights and Milo definitely enjoyed his accommodations. Playtime, walks, social time with a few other dogs/pups and lots of attention by Gabrielle and family. Also the updates were much appreciated. Anyone would be lucky to have Gabrielle taking care of their fur baby.”

“Tammy is very responsive and reliable. She took excellent care of our dog. He had a great time with her. She made the experience very comforting for us, knowing our dog was in good hands.”

“Andi-Lynn and family took excellent care of our dog Winnie. They have a lovely home and fenced in yard, a welcoming family and a very friendly beagle. They were kind and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend them!”

About: I grew up taking care of animals, inclusive of dogs, cats and goats. I have an affinity with animals and truly enjoy spending time with them. In particular, dogs mean a great deal to me and because I do not have children, dogs have become the object of my love and care and have given that back to me. I have rescued a great deal of domestic and wild animals (raccoons, opossums and a number of birds). I regularly volunteer at the Quinte Humane Society as well. My most recent sits have included large properties in Prince Edward County and Marysville and surrounding areas, with both small dogs, large dogs and multiple pets. I have also taken care of an 80 acre goat farm in Owen Sound for three weeks, taking care of the house and grounds as well. I can also take care of your plants inside and out, garbage and recycling, and am open to other duties that can be discussed at the time of a meet and greet. I always have a meet and greet at least 2 weeks (whenever possible) before my sit, so you can feel comfortable with me, my two little dogs that come with me, and your pets can feel comfortable too! I am a traveler as well and know how important it is to leave one's pet in exceptional care when one is away. I will not only show love and affection to your pet; but as a teacher I value the safety, care and protection of other people's cherished possessions. I have two years experience dog walking, including rescue dogs, as well. Your dogs will be cared for and loved in your own home or in mine, if that is something you choose. I do have two small, (under 6 pounds) female Morkies who will be in my home or coming with me, so your pet will need to be okay in the company of two well behaved, but fun loving dogs. RATE BREAKDOWN: HOUSE/PET SITTING (in your home): $75/24 HOURS for 1st pet $25/24 HOURS for any additional pet PET BOARDING: $65/24 HOURS for 1st pet $35/24 HOURS for any additional pet PET DAYCARE: $50/8 HOURS (Times are flexible - Mon - Fri Only) I am retired I am very flexible in terms of hours/length of time that I can spend with your pet(s) and in your home. I am home often during the evenings and weekends, working on my latest novel and will, like your pet, need breaks to walk, exercise and play with them. I have had dogs all of my life and as a teacher, I am someone who prepares and proactively thinks about the safety and protection of my pets, and this would be the case with yours as well.
“Leah (and her husband) are such kind, friendly, and caring people. My special needs senior, Cheeto, was so well taken care of. She also sent tons of photos and detailed updates. I would recommend to anyone!”

“Claire was amazing with our golden doodle. She took her on lots of walks and fun adventures. Her communication was great and our Dog Harriet was really well taken care of. We highly recommend Claire”

“Rachel was great with our dog, Henry! She and her husband are clearly experienced dog owners who knew how to be extremely loving with Henry while also keeping to the boundaries we outlined. They had no concerns about taking in a giant wolfhound whose head is at kitchen counter height. Henry is often anxious when left in a new place for the first time, and Rachel worked with us to get him to feel comfortable--we all hung out together for a while until Henry could tell this was a good place with people we trusted, and flopped down on their couch to bask in their skritches. Their little dog Chip also helped him feel welcome--once he got used to Henry's great size, he was happy to share his couch and his people and even offered to share his frisbee toy. Rachel updated us on how he was doing and sent great photos. We'll be very happy to have Henry stay there again.”

“Having our dogs stay home, where they are most comfortable, was something we really wanted to try. We are grateful we connected with Kayleigh as we had a family funeral out of town and were concerned what to do with our fur babies. Kayleigh came to our home and in 2 visits walked our dogs, played with them, fed them and gave them lots of love. We came home to happy dogs and are very grateful for all the photos and care Kayleigh gave them.”

About: Hey there! I’m Deanna — animal lover, treat‑giver, walk‑enthusiast, and certified “yes I talk to pets like they’re tiny hairy humans” person. 😄 I’ve had animals my whole life and have looked after pets with all sorts of medical needs. Giving meds? No problem. Special routines? I’m on it. Noticing when your pet is acting a little off? It’s basically my superpower. I’ve raised two puppies from 9 weeks old, so I know all about zoomies, chaos, snuggles, and the “why are you chewing that??” moments. I also adore senior pets — slow walks, soft voices, and gentle care are my jam. I’m pretty active, so if your dog wants adventures, I’m ready. If they prefer couch hangs and snacks… honestly, same. I work part‑time, which means I’ve got flexible availability on weekdays + weekends. I’m also open to overnight stays and weekend pet‑sitting if you need a little getaway. At home I’ve got two cats who are very chill with dogs as long as the dogs aren’t plotting to chase them. For everyone’s safety, I do ask that visiting pets are up to date on flea and tick prevention — gotta keep my furry roommates itch‑free. Your pet will be loved, spoiled, and treated like family. Can’t wait to meet your furry sidekick! 🐶🐱💛 I am currently working part time and have open hours to support your pet(s) weekdays and weekends. I am open to over night stays and weekend work. I have 2 cats who are okay with dogs as long as they don't have a prey drive and chase. I would require the pets coming in to have updated flea and tick to protect my babies.

“Emily, her partner and Pippy were super welcoming to Reed last weekend! I got updates twice a day with pictures of Reed looking happy and cozy. They seemed lovely and were very accommodating. Will definitely rebook in the future! Thanks again!”

“I have used Kasi for both day time sitting and overnight for a weekend. Both times my puppy seemed to have had a great time, excited to go back the next day and was very tired after a couple of days of play time with her dogs. Will use Kasi again.”

“Sabina provided absolutely wonderful service — her communication was always prompt, clear, and friendly, making the entire process incredibly smooth. She went above and beyond to accommodate my dog Mochi, ensuring she felt comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. Her thoughtful attention to detail and genuine love for animals gave me great peace of mind while travelling. Thank you, Sabina.”

“Charlee and Max stayed with Arshpreet and her family for 2 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We received regular updates throughout their stay, including photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear our dogs were in good, trustworthy care. Highly recommend & will certainly book again.”

“Zoe was absolutely fantastic! I was very nervous to leave my 3 furry sons, but she constantly reassured me everything would be fine, and sent me pictures and updates daily. When I saw how much fun my sons were having, I felt much more calm. She set everything up for them in her lovely home, and cared so well for them. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a critter sitter.”

About: Hey, Guys! My name is Jess, and have been working with dogs in a professional environment (daycare, on-leash group walks, off-leash park) for the past 8.5 years. I was raised on a farm full of animals and have loved being surrounded by them ever since. I myself have 2 cats, and this is why I will not be able to help out any cat owners out there, but very comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I would prefer to have a meet and greet for any dogs coming into my home. I do live in a large apartment,it does say I can host a single dog, but if they are from the same family/get along well (with a complimentary trial), I will be open to caring for them. I am a 5 minute walk from our beautiful and very large off leash dog park, with an enclosed area, and additional area for our friends that need a bit more attention. I have taken pet first aid, and a course in reactivity, but always learning. That being said, I have taken care of puppies, seniors, special needs, and everything in between. In my last position I administered shots, flee meds, and other medications. I would love to meet you and your furry friend, and available through email or text any time. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, look forward to hearing from you! I am in transition as I just moved back home from Toronto, to Picton. I have full availability, and very capable of meeting your needs to provide the best care. I live with cats, and only take a client at a time, unless further analysis has been done to see compatability. This is for the safety of your pets, and to be leaning on a cautious side.

“Thomas did an great job with our cat Rosie. I really felt like she was loved while there. The house itself was also spacious so she had lots of space to roam. Rosie has medical issues and so needs meds at very specific times of day and Thomas made sure to let us know that she got them. I would definitely have him cat-sit for is again 😊”

“Gabrielle is very kind and met with me and Willow for an introduction meeting prior to me leaving Willow for the day. It was great for Willow to get used to seeing the place. It was the first time that I have ever left Willow for sitting for the day. Gabrielle made all my worries go away. She was quick to reply and provided lots of pictures. I will definitely be using her services in the future.”

About: It all started with rabbits when I was a 4 year old. My dad bred them and we had well over 60 at one point. I had a pair of baby ducks when I was 8 years old. Then along came my budgie when I was 10. I have a lifelong experience of caring for many different types of pets. In the past I have had rabbits, ducks, a budgie, cockatiels, finches, rats, and aquariums. I took riding lessons as a teen and worked on the horse farm to pay for my lessons. I also have experience with exotic animals as I worked for a short time in a zoo. I have owned 5 dogs. A Husky (who lived to 15), an Australian Shepherd (who passed at age 12 from cancer), a sports mix - Border Collie/Staff/Russel (who passed at 14.5 from CHF), another Australian Shepherd (who passed at 11 from cancer), and I currently have a male Australian Shepherd. I work part time throughout the winter and have a tourism business during the summer. My work schedule is generally 4-6 hour days with a few off during the week. Your pet's care would fit in with my own pet's care. My dog is young and energetic and loves to play with other dogs. We hike most days in the woods surrounding the house. I have a pup who loves other dogs (he would have to come with me for overnight visits). He is playful and affectionate. I have 20 acres of woods to walk in (plus access to my neighbour's trails) and live on a small lake if your dog enjoys swimming. I am very knowledgeable in the care and training of animals, especially dogs and will be taking a first aide course when one comes available. I am very diligent about keeping dogs away from the road and they are always on a leash or longline.
About: I grew up in a household that always had a family dog and I now have a dog of my own. My last family dog lived to 16 so am familiar with a senior dog lifestyle. In comparison my current dog Nova (4.5 yrs) I have raised alone from a puppy. She is a collie lab mix with lots of energy! I work from home and have a very flexible job that allows me to take a hour lunch break to go for a long walk with my dog. I have an acre and a half of land. About one acre has a inground electric fence that I have trained my dog on. If I have guest dogs I suggest a long lead if they are a flight risk or I have a spare collar for dog parents that agree to training with the fence ( I have flags and the collar beeps in warning to the perimeter). I give lots of affection throughout the day to pets and if I have a snack usually means my furry friend will as well.
About: I’ve been taking care of pets my entire life, and worked in veterinary clinics for years. I am comfortable caring for pets of any age, and can give medications if needed. I can work on basic training and keep them happy with walks and playtime. It is my lifelong passion to care for pets. Animal care is my full time job. I do my pet care and farm chores in the early morning hours, and then am available all day and evening. My care is all personalized and will vary depending on the pet’s needs, and the unique routines they have. I am able to cater my services to what is best for the pet.
About: I provide small-group home boarding, daycare, walks, drop-in visits, feeding/check-ins, and in-home pet care focused on safety, structure, routine, and calm supervision. Unlike large-scale or high-volume sitters, I intentionally limit my capacity to 2–3 dogs at a time so each dog receives individual attention and properly supervised play. My approach includes: • Structured daily routines • Scheduled outdoor time and enrichment • Supervised temperament-matched play • Rest periods to prevent overstimulation • Crate or quiet space if needed • Clear communication and photo updates for owners I am comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, and dogs who benefit from routine and consistency. I prioritize meet-and-greets to ensure the right fit and safe group dynamics. My home is clean, organized, and dog-focused. Safety, structure, and trust are always my top priority. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine and something I genuinely enjoy. My schedule is built around providing reliable, attentive care to animals, including feeding, walks, playtime, supervision, enrichment, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. I’m comfortable structuring my days around the needs of pets and their owners, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and consistent routines. Since this is becoming my full-time focus, I’m committed to making pet care not just a job, but a dependable and professional service families can trust. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I maintain a clean, organized home environment and intentionally limit boarding to a small number of dogs to ensure proper supervision at all times. Dogs are temperament-matched for group play and are always supervised during interactions. I provide structured rest breaks to prevent overstimulation and can crate or separate dogs when needed for safety or comfort. I require meet-and-greets prior to booking to ensure a good fit and request up-to-date vaccinations for all dogs. Clear communication and regular updates are always provided so you feel confident while you’re away. When in your home for any services I am respectful, trustworthy, and treat your space with the same care and professionalism I would expect in my own home.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who has cared for my own dogs and cats for many years, while also fostering numerous animals with a wide range of personalities and care needs. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets like family. I have experience supporting medically fragile pets, including administering insulin, inhalers, oral medications, and providing care for senior or incontinent animals. I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet needs extra medical support, a calm environment, or simply lots of affection and attention, I’m committed to maintaining their routine and comfort every step of the way. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind. I'm very lucky to work remotely and can set up a workspace anywhere there's an internet connection. I have a flexible schedule and can make time for walks or visits anytime. I have a large yard and one big friendly dog. He absolutely loves everyone he meets but is also good at giving space to those who need it. He's great at reading social queues from other pups and cats. I live on a quiet country road that makes for great walks. I tend to let our dog on our furniture but are fine to keep to your rules for furniture. In your home, I'll follow your set routine for your pets.
