Our dog was able to stay with them for 6 nights and while she was with them she got lots of walks, great play time with their dog and kids and Naomi sent us pictures of all of her adventures every day. Having a large breed dog in your home is a challenge for many people, and this family was awesome. I would highly recommend using Naomi and Sam for a short or long stay with your dog - they were GREAT hosts. We will be booking with them again for sure.”

This was especially important to us as Charlie had recently had surgery to remove a lump on his back and still had stitches. They followed all instructions perfectly and were so attentive and caring. Charlie is also very spoiled and loves being cozy with his blankets, and they went above and beyond by setting up his bed near the fireplace to keep him warm! About: Having had my own cats each one is so unique and different. Cats are a pet that requires care that is custom to each individual. What works for one kitty will certainly not work for another. Some like engaging play while other cats enjoy a cuddle and some lovely treats.

About: I've had pets my whole life but it wasn't until I adopted a dog of my own that I truly learned what it means to care for one. I now have experience with reactive and fearful dogs, counter conditioning, desensitization, and canine enrichment. I just received notice of an indefinite layoff so I will have all the time in the world to do something I genuinely enjoy. I feed both my dog and foster dog using enrichment tools(snuffle, puzzle, Kong, find it) trim their nails with a Dremel weekly, give them meds daily. They're always so excited for their daily walks, rain or shine. Though our foster boy needs to be bundled up to handle the cold. I believe following a routine is important. Pets will be fed when they're used to, given meds as prescribed by your vet. Light grooming if requested (I may charge for more challenging grooms. Details can be discussed). If your dog is afraid of nail trims, brushing or anything else, we can work together on cooperative care to make necessary care less stressful for them.

About: My friends have always come to me first for any kind of help with dogs (general advice, training, walking, sitting). I used to be a volunteer dog walker at the Humane Society. I mostly work from home on my own schedule so I’m quite flexible mid-day to come play with your pup! I’m also a very easy going person. In my home: I live on an open acre amongst the vineyards by the lake, so I always have to keep dogs on leash around my yard. However if they’re trained, I am happy to let them off leash to run, play and swim. I have the hose ready and lots of dog towels available. In a client’s home: it’s up to the client but I like to start with a short walk and see if the dog needs more exercise (younger pup), or just needs cuddles (senior dog).

I am trained as a RN but since have left the field and I am now a stay at home mom. I also am an online student who studies from home. There is a fence in my backyard. I also have a crate if needed and allowed with a comfortable bed. I have a dog gate in the living room when playing. Extra cleaning and damages will have an extra charge (ex. Diarreah, damage to property)

“Naomi & Sam were amazing sitters for our 3 yr old (85 pound) Bernese Mountain dog. Our dog was able to stay with them for 6 nights and while she was with them she got lots of walks, great play time with their dog and kids and Naomi sent us pictures of all of her adventures every day. Having a large breed dog in your home is a challenge for many people, and this family was awesome. I would highly recommend using Naomi and Sam for a short or long stay with your dog - they were GREAT hosts. We will be booking with them again for sure.”
