“Emma took teddy for daycare on very short notice and I felt completely comfortable leaving him with her. Everything went very well and he looked happy in his pictures! I highly recommend Emma and the Rover app!”

About: I’ve always shared my life with dogs. From energetic pups to aging seniors, I offer calm, loving care in a safe, spacious, home-like setting :) Pet care is part of my everyday life. I work from home, so I’m able to give pets my full attention—walks, playtime, meals, and companionship are all part of our daily rhythm. I schedule my day around their needs and treat every guest like my own. Safety and trust are everything to me. I provide a calm, welcoming environment where pets feel secure, seen, and loved. I take time to understand their routines, personalities, and comfort levels. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize their well-being and treat them like family. You’ll always receive updates so you know they’re safe, happy, and in good hands.

About: We live on a growing farm with lots of exposure for your pooch. Our 3 dogs (2 rescues from Texas) live their best life every day, with quality food, hydration and room to roam and exercise. Personally we have been around and had dogs in house our entire lives. My wife Carla is a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos. She runs our homestead and cares for our animals with great energy. She maintains a good schedule ensuring all needs are met. We have a large fenced area off the back of our home where your dog can interact and play with our dogs or we can separate if needed. Dogs are a big part of our lives. Please visit our FB page- R&C homestead.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for 40 years. I’ve been an owner, a dog sitter and a dog walker. I was a postie for 30 years. Never did I have a problem with a dog. Even the aggressive ones learned to love me. I am recently retired so I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets. And I love to hike, so dog walks are great! I don’t have a fenced yard, but there is a great walking trail a couple blocks from my home and a fenced off lead dog park right across the street.I also don’t mind driving to more adventurous walking trails.

About: I am a registered nurse looking to take care of dogs and cats. My dog passed away Feb 11 of this year and I am really missing my baby and spending time with furry friends. I am not yet ready to get another dog so I am looking to love and care for others. I inherently have compassion for all dogs. I am working as a travel nurse, and completely flexible as I choose my own short term contracts. I am able to travel around the province and accommodate schedules. When I was working full time it was difficult to find help that accommodated a nurses schedule so I’d love to be able to do that for someone else. I have a very flexible schedule therefore I’m able to come to your house or take your baby out for a walk, I love being active and engaging with the pets I care for.

Stephanie T.
“Stephanie truley cares about the dogs as if they were her own. She gave us updates during our time away. There are few people we would trust with our two goldens, Stephanie is at the top of that list.”

Carla & Rafe T.
“Carla and Rafe look after my St Bernard puppy while I am working and do an outstanding job. He is extra effort due to the speed at which he is growing, and they always make sure to give him access to food and water. I receive regular updates and photos throughout the day of him doing activities with their family and their own dogs. He is treated so well and I never have to worry about him during his time with them. He always comes home tired and happy. There is no one I would 100% trust my dogs to like Rafe and Carla. I know that my dogs will be treated as their own”

Val G.
“Val has been our go-to pet caregiver many times. Without question, she is loyal, loving and reliable with our Golden and Jack Russell. She and her cozy home would be a perfect addition to Rover.com.”

Leslie L.
“Leslie is truly a one of a kind, down to earth person. Her morals and core values make her not only a trustworthy dog walker but an overall good person to be around. Leslie’s love for dogs is unmatched. My dog, Sailor, absolutely loves to spend time with Leslie. You won’t find a better dog walker than Leslie.”
