“It was our first time using Rover, and Arleene was an amazing host to our little man, Max. She was very knowledgeable, reliable, understanding, a great communicator, and a clear animal lover. From the start, she was incredibly flexible and understanding with pickup and drop-off times. We had initially booked for 8 days, but our return flight was cancelled and we had to extend Max’s stay by one more day. Arleene was thankfully available and accepted our last-minute request, which helped us tremendously—we didn’t have to worry about our fur baby during an already stressful time. Arleene provided detailed daily updates, including Max’s feeding and water intake, litter usage, and general behaviour. She was very attentive to his needs and helped him adjust as smoothly as possible and at his own pace. For example, she noticed that Max was easily scared by noises in the living room, so she prepared a smaller, quieter room where he could hide if needed. In addition to the updates, she sent multiple pictures and videos—even within an hour of dropping him off—which really reassured us that he was in excellent hands. Arleene followed all of Max’s care instructions, and although he is very skittish, he became comfortable with her in just a day or so. That alone shows how warm and attentive her care truly is. Arleene cared for Max as if he were her own, and we would 100% book her again for our next vacation. We highly recommend her to all pawrents who want excellent care for their fur babies! 😊”

My friend was staying with me from out of town but my landlord doesn’t allow any pets so we had to look for a dog sitter within the same day for the weekend. Tejaswini and Saumik were very quick at responding and had been so patient with me since it was my first time booking on this website. Once they talked to my friend, they received his dog shortly after and would send pictures, videos, and updates through the entire weekend. About: I have grown up with cats, dogs, and guinea pigs my entire life! I have two black lab crossed dogs and two cats that I love with all my heart, even though I only get to see them on my visits back to my home town. I also have a bengal cat of my own that I love very much despite her sassy attitude. Family gatherings don’t feel complete until there are half as many pets as there are people. Volunteering at the Pembina Valley Humane Society for two years in high school gave me lots of experience and enough responsibility to see what all goes into caring for the dogs and cats/kittens who were ready for adoption, as well as the confidence to deal with the excitable ones. About: Hi there ! My name is Aimee, I’m a 22 year old University of Manitoba student athlete and of course an animal lover. I grew up around cats and multiple dogs that provided me with crucial experience in caring for pets through feeding, bathing, training, walking, vet visits, and lots of love and affection. About: I've had dogs since I was a kid, I'm used to big, high energy, and stubborn dogs of all ages! We've been fostering pups on and off for over a decade. We have a senior dog and an 11 month old puppy at home and have cared for 5 foster pups in 2026 alone. I'm currently off work with a disability and have been taking care of dogs and puppies on a volunteer basis/as a foster. I'm taking a break from fostering and figured I could do this in the meantime! Since I'm not currently working I can offer a lot of time, energy, training and care to a dog. We have a 11 month old female husky x puppy at our house who is incredible with other dogs and loves to play all day long! We have a fenced yard. I'm home all day, and my wife works from home so we can hang out with and keep an eye on your dog(s). We can crate your pooch if necessary overnight or if we need to pop out and we have small medium and xl crates at home. We have 2 kids at home 14 and 4 who love to help out and play.
