“C'était notre première expérience avec Rover, ainsi qu'avec Stephanie et Steve. C'était aussi la première fois que nous laissions notre chien Messi chez quelqu'un pour plusieurs jours. Nous étions donc un peu inquiets, mais nous avons vite été rassurés. Tout de suite ils se sont souciés du bien-être de Messi, et pendant toute la garde il a été gâté par toute la famille. Nous avions des nouvelles plusieurs fois par jour, ainsi que beaucoup de photos et de vidéos qui nous ont donné chaud au cœur. Messi a beaucoup d'énergie, et il apprend à cohabiter avec d'autres chiens, ce qui a apporté quelques défis à ses gardiens qui ont su s'adapter et gérer la situation du mieux possible. Un grand merci à Stephanie, Steve et leurs enfants pour avoir donné à Messi la plus belle semaine de vacances que l'on pouvait imaginer! Nous espérons beaucoup renouveler l’expérience 😊”

“Marina est très attentionné et calme avec Storm. Elle nous tient au courrant et nous envoie des photos. C'est une endroit idéale pour notre boule de poile car elle en prends soins et travail de la maison ce qui sécurise notre Jack Russell anxieuse. Elle lui donne des marches et la laisse prendre un peu de temps dans la cour arrière cloturé. Ses enfants aiment les chiens et ça ce voie. Storm était comblé avec tout l'attention qu'elle à reçu. “Russell and their family took such fantastic care of our dogs for an extended stay (3+ weeks). We received daily photos and videos, and in them could see how happy our dogs were. They got multiple walks daily, and ran around in the backyard. As someone who has used multiple sitters and kennels, I think this has been one of the best experiences for our dogs. I would 100% recommend having Russell and family taking care of your fur babies; and will definitely use them again if we need dog sitting while in Montreal.”

She was very attentive to his needs, communicated well with us, and went the extra mile to go get him eye drops when he needed them for his irritated eye, buying the correct food when it ran out since we were on a long trip, and even bought us an extra bag of food so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of passing by the pet store while settling back in from my trip. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter, Luka looked to have a great time with them and I will definitely contact them for future trips!”
“C'est la première fois que nous faisions garder notre petite yorkshire Maya de quatre ans. Nous avions quelques appréhensions évidemment compte tenu qu'elle n'avait jamais été gardée. Mais lorsque nous avons rencontré Sally, nous avons su que ce serait une excellente gardienne pour notre Maya. Elle est respectueuse, attentionnée, douce, patiente, fiable, responsable et affectueuse avec les chiens. Elle les aime et ça paraît. Elle a aussi de l'expérience pour gérer les petits caprices imprévus comme dans le cas de Maya, le fait qu'elle ne fasse pas ses besoins sur ses pipi pads. En faite, nous n'avons que de bon mots à dire au sujet de Sally. C'est sûr qu'on va faire appel à ses services encore et nous vous la recommandons fortement sans aucune hésitation.”

I was nervous at first because he is not neutered and doesn’t really like other dogs and will often react. I met Zhen for a 1h session where he introduced my dog to his intact male. Seeing the great results gave me the confidence to book him. I appreciate that Zhen took the time to send me photos and updates daily. He made sure to keep my dog and other dogs at the farm safe. My dog got some alone time when needed and no incident happened. Zhen even got some time to work with my dog on reactivity and recall. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.

“Un service impeeccable. Les hôtes sont passés à la maison pour rencontrer Kenji puis nous sommes allés visiter à notre tour pour voir s’il allait bien s’intégrer. Tout est fait en bonne et due forme pour que tout se passe bien. Par la suite, Kenji a été se faire garder chez Russell & Iris et nous avons été enchanté. Finale et attentionné, on reçoit des photos et suivis tout au long de la journée. Notre Kenji est revenu détendu et très content de sa journée. Anecdote: le jour de notre visite, il y avait du tonnerre et Kenji avait peur. Les deux enfants de Russell et Iris sont allés le réconforter sans jamais qu’on leur demande. C’est tortue une famille qui a accuilli chaleureusement notre Kenji. On recommande grandement et on y retourne certainement!”

À propos : Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.

I was nervous at first because he is not neutered and doesn’t really like other dogs and will often react. I met Zhen for a 1h session where he introduced my dog to his intact male. Seeing the great results gave me the confidence to book him. I appreciate that Zhen took the time to send me photos and updates daily. He made sure to keep my dog and other dogs at the farm safe. My dog got some alone time when needed and no incident happened. Zhen even got some time to work with my dog on reactivity and recall.
