I recently cat sitted for a friend on 2 occassions at their condo while they were on vacation. My gf and i took in an abandoned cat that turned out to be pregnant and gave birth to a litter of 4. We gave away 1 kitten and kept the other 3 plus the mother who is currently sitting my lap. I helped my mother care for our family pets (Oreo, Tyson and Scruffy) while they sick and went with them to the vet to put them to sleep. They were 17 years old, we took them in as kittens. I was with them from beginning to the end and made sure they grew up in a place full of love. They are not just pets, they are family. Note: Although i reference my gf and family, i will be the only one looking after your cats. I work full time, mostly remote and i have a car. Depending on location i can either drop in morning and night or sleepover to make it easier. I keep my cats inside and if i were to let them outside, it would be supervised and or with a leash and harness. I change the food and water as needed, clean the litter at least twice a a day, i brush them and try to play with and cuddle with them as much as possible.

À propos : Animals have always been a passion of mine ever since I was a kid. My animal care experience begins on my uncle’s farm where I would help out with the chickens, the sheep and even the donkey. I loved taking care of animals so much that I became a camper at La Ferme d’André for 6 years. I also took part in the Youth Ambassador Program at the SPCA, where I got specialized training on dog and cat behaviour, and worked closely with special needs pets. I have been regularly petsitting since 2022. The animals I have taken care of include dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, mice, fish and rats. I have experience administering medicine, caring for seniors as well as puppies and kittens. I love getting to know each animal’s personality and needs! I’m currently self-employed so I can dedicate the majority of my time to taking care of animals. I am available on weekdays, weekends, in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and at night as need be. I am eager to honour and respect every home that I visit and will happily follow any special instructions. Most pet owners I have sat for have requested daily pet pics, which I am more than happy to provide! I can also conduct house sitting tasks such as watering plants or opening/closing blinds at certain hours if need be.

Il n’y a pas de jardin, mais il y a un superbe parc proche de mon domicile pour les promenades ! En faisant appel à mes services, vous aurez des nouvelles quotidiennes de vos animaux, avec de magnifiques photos prises par mes soins. Si votre animal a un besoin spécifique, tel qu’une administration de médicament oral ou une approche particulière dû à son vécu, etc., je n’hésiterai pas à m’adapter à lui pour qu’il ait une expérience de garde sécuritaire et sereine, pour lui comme pour vous, les propriétaires !

I cared for my cat with renal issue for that last year and he sadly loss passed away from cancer. I am comfortable giving meds and providing basic medical care if needed. I will also not hesitate to bring your animal to the closest veterinarian if needed. I was always stressed to leave my cat alone and was always grateful to my friend who could stay with him when I was away. I now want to help others do the same things ! Maintenant, j’aimerais pouvoir offrir cette même tranquillité d’esprit à d’autres propriétaires d’animaux! Pour les chiens, je dispose de barrières de séparation, d'une cage au besoin, ainsi que de jouets et d'accessoires afin de m'adapter à différents tempéraments et habitudes de vie. Si un animal est plus à l'aise en étant séparé ou a besoin d'un environnement plus encadré, je peux facilement répondre à ce besoin. Lors des visites à domicile, je respecte les habitudes de votre compagnon afin qu'il conserve ses repères.
