“This was Charlie's first overnight stay in a household that he met for the first time. Shoshana, family and Murphy were very welcoming to both Charlie and I. Charlie was taken out for walks (in very cold weather) as I had asked. Murphy was a great calm social dog that Charlie got along with from the start. Shoshana sent pictures and videos during the stay and responded in a timely fashion to my queries. I would definitely take Charlie back and highly recommend.”

“Wilbur, our Standard Dachshund spent three weeks with Trevor and Sheila and he was a pampered pooch under their care. He even gained some weight and from the videos/photos, had a lot of fun playing with other dogs, lying on the grass soaking up the sun, and watching Blue Jay’s games with Trevor (or more likely snoozing). There was a potential medical emergency while we were away and Trevor took immediate action to notify Rover and Rover, in turn, contacted us. About: With over 15 years of animal care experience, I’ve had the privilege of caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities. Growing up surrounded by animals—both large and small—gave me a lifelong passion for their care and well-being. I spent 2 years working as a kennel attendant before moving into a veterinary clinic, where I worked for 6 years. During my time in the clinic, I gained hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and medical needs, including administering medications, caring for senior pets, assisting with recovery, and recognizing when something isn’t quite right. Now that I’m a stay-at-home mom, I truly miss my furry clients and the joy they brought to my days. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet as if they were one of my own. Whether they need an energetic walking buddy, a calm companion, or lots of love and attention while you’re away, you can trust they’ll be in caring, experienced hands. Also actively passing down my love for animals to my children. Our dog Nellie is a sweet girl but she has a lot of anxiety and requires an environment in which she feels safe, which is not always easy to find. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
