“Kesi is gifted and she has a natural way with dogs. As many West Kootenay dog owners, I have rescue dogs. Kesi instinctually understood our youngest pup and responded to her perfectly! . Typically it takes at least 3 meet and greets for our dogs to warm up to strangers. Kesi had our pups trust by the second visit! We have already booked again! We highly recommend Kesi!”

I'm an animal lover and I can guarantee your fur baby will be loved when you're not with them I work two jobs, but both jobs are only part time with flexible hours. I have a pet of my own but often have mornings and late afternoon/evening free to be with pets. Job and pet care are relatively flexible I can easily crate animals, as needed/directed. About: I have always had pets… dogs, cats, llamas, iguanas to parrots and toucans and loved and spoiled them all passionately! I am retired with lots of time to walk and play with your pets . I am live rurally, surrounded by nature, with a river at the back of my acreage and a rail/trail out front. I live on acreage. While your pet(s) is staying with me, he/she would always be leashed outside for walks. Inside however, my home would be their home and there'll be lots of cuddles and interaction.

“Chloe is an attentive and patient caretaker! She walked my golden retriever while I was away and I could tell my dog had the time of her life. I greatly appreciated her frequent updates and photos of my pet. Will definitely be booking with her again!”

Roberta L.
“I don't understand why, but sometimes my mom goes away for a few days and doesn't take me with her. I've told her I fit fine in her suitcase. Even when it's already packed with her clean clothes, I'm pretty confident I can fit if I THINK small. But my mom knows I really should be treated like royalty, so when she DOES have to leave me at home, she invites Gramma Berta to stay with me. I adopted this really nice lady because she understands that I'm basically a small human. I have standards. She knows I should receive every kind of snuggle, but on my terms (which translates to:OFTEN). She ALSO knows where Mom keeps the treat bag, which is super important. A few times I even went on vacation to Roberta Lady's house without my mom. She lives with a dog for some reason, (I know, weird right?) but it was pretty easy to explain to Harley how important I am and he said so long as I leave his chew toy alone he wouldn't bug me. He even taught me a few tricks. I got my own room and we sat out in the garden so I could listen to the birds and burn off some calories laying in the sun. I know my mom wasn't having a vacation like me but she felt very safe letting me visit because I told her how well I'm looked after there. AND she probably asked all kinds of important safety questions and left my long list of demands... I mean... suggestions. Of course I love my mom most, but I'm pretty excited for the next time I get to hang out there. I think I might ask Gramma B to bake me some sardine cookies. Sulu approved. Where does my paw print go?”

Téa P.

“My dog Finn loves going for walks with Téa. Felt very comfortable and trusted her. She responds quick and is very flexible with my hectic work schedule! Thank you very much :)”

Jayden S.
“Jayden has been walking and taking care of my dog Brad for over a year. Highly recommend! Is reliable and can usually come on short notice which I appreciate.”
