“Emma is excellent with our dog Goose! I love seeing the pictures she sends after walks and I know Goose is always in good hands with her ! Highly recommend!”

About: I always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care has come from having my own pets and from fostering in the past for a local rescue. Over the course of time I have cared for puppies, kittens, and senior pets all of which have their own specific needs. Being retired provides me with the flexibility to follow the routine that you have established for your pet. My schedule is extremely flexible allowing me the opportunity to work around how I can best support you and your pet. The safety of your pet is first and foremost. Prior to housesitting I would request a meet & greet so I may meet you and your pet as well. I would review the daily routine of your pet that would include feeding and exercise schedule.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 9 years old! I’ve also volunteered at the humane society walking and caring for pets 🫶🏻 I currently work part-time from home so I can spend quality time caring for and playing with pets. I love going for multiple walks with dogs everyday! I have a big fenced backyard. I also have two of the friendliest cats who can keep your pet company! I also have a dog who is the sweetest soul and love to play!

About: I love animals. And if I had the capacity, I’d cash everything in and run a rehabilitation center on my 5 acres. I know what it’s like to worry if your pets are in good hands when away on vacation/work trips/emergency family crap… I’m here to help alleviate some of the stress of leaving your pet. I work full time from home. A typical day starts at 5am. Work 7:30-3:30pm. 1 hour lunch break if day potty visits are required to the pets location. Free time to exercise, visit, feed your pet after that. We have a fenced dog run and 5 acres to roam for walks, and we are close to Sprucewoods for nature walks. My dogs are not kennelled, other than the 1.5 year old at feeding time. I have kennel trained in the past. I can walk your pet on a leash for potty breaks if required.

About: I have always loved animals, all kinds. Just recently I was able to get my own little guy and I’ve loved every minute of it even the ups and down of getting a very young rescue puppy. Many sleepless nights at the beginning and some little accidents but I know it’s all worth it. I have a gentle “understanding” with animals and tend to know how to approach any types of emotions a pet may have, whether it’s cuddles and loving or just a nice stroll to ease the stress of a change in scenery. Dogs are like people, they have good days and bad days. Some can be grumpy some can be social. I will love and care for each and every animal I care for !

Susan M.
“Sue has been our go-to pet sitter for both our cat, Davi, and our big dog, Scout, and we couldn’t recommend her more! She’s incredibly loving and attentive with both pets, and they absolutely adore her. Scout gets long, energy-burning walks and always comes back happy and tired, while Davi gets all the calm, gentle care he needs. It’s such a relief to know they’re in such great hands whenever we’re away. We always come home to happy, relaxed pets thanks to Sue!”

Mallory M.
“Mallory provides excellent care for our pets. She is lovely to work with, competent, trustworthy and kind. Our dog, Rory, adores her - caring for Rory requires extra effort as she is on multiple medications which Mallory capably administers. Our cats, Loki and Nisse, are also happy and content when in Mallory's care. It is wonderful to be able to relax when we are away, knowing that they are being so lovingly cared for. ~Amanda Low (one dog and two cats)”

Liane T.
“I have relied in Liane as a dog sitter for years. My dogs were well looked after under her care. I would use her again. Amy B”

Katrina L.
“What is there not to say about Katrina? She's so enthusiastic about everything and makes you feel as if you've known her for years. I had a beautiful beagle that absolutely loved her, as soon as she walked in the door my little Henry would run up to her and give her all the kisses. They were inseparable and Katrina would always offer to walk him (even in the -30 Winnipeg temps). Sweetest and most caring girl I have known.”
