About: I have babysat and fostered many dogs and cats in my home over the years. I socialized some of the cat fosters (feral) so that they can find their forever home. For several years, I volunteered for a non-profit greyhound rescue, from where I adopted two beautiful greyhounds 🥰 I also volunteered at the SPCA Annex where I bathed, walked and socialized dogs (mostly seized due to hoarding or other unsanitary situations). I've had pets since I was a little girl and have always enjoyed being in their company. I have a flexible work schedule and so I can easily walk your dog(s) or do a drop-in mornings, days and evenings or weekends. Give me a chance to prove my commitment to taking care of your pet! I will happily schedule a meet-and-greet with you prior to my first walk or drop-in to meet you and your pet(s) :-) I look forward to hearing from you soon! When walking your dog, I will always keep them on a leash unless he is allowed to run free in a dog park. This will be determined with you beforehand of course. Same thing goes for treats/food as I respect whatever specific diet your dog is on, if any. I will apply same for drop-ins when it comes to food/treats and will respect whatever your environment and "house rules" are, if any, with your pet(s). If it is your cat that requires a drop-in visit, I will make sure to spend time playing and interacting with him/her :-) I will make sure to keep you updated, send you pictures when I walk your dog or do a drop-in visit :-) Your dog's/cat's well being and safety is #1 priority for me! And if your dog or cat enjoys cuddles and kisses, they will not go without, I can assure you of that ;-)

However, during the meet-and-greet session, Aijun was very reassuring, and I felt confident leaving my cats in her care. She paid attention to every detail, providing them with everything they needed: fresh water, food, a clean litter box, plenty of playtime, and cuddles. She sent me videos and photos regularly and promptly answered all my questions. All three of my cats love her so much.  Je me nomme Marie-Héllène et je suis une jeune retraitée de 57 ans, habitant dans la grande région de Boucherville, St-Amable, Varennes, Ste-Julie, en Montérégie sur la rive-sud de Montréal.
 Au moment de prendre ma retraite, après une belle carrière de gestionnaire en systèmes d'information, j'ai refait le tour de mes intérêts et passions et il en est ressorti clairement que je voulais prendre soin d'animaux, tout particulièrement des chats que j'aime plus que tout.
 À l’époque, j’ai fait affaire avec une gardienne de chats à domicile et j'ai adoré le concept. J’ai plusieurs clients récurrents qui m’adorent, donc je ne chôme pas! Je n’offre pas de services de gardiennage à mon domicile, mais je peux vous offrir le service de garde chez-vous, pour une semaine maximum, sous réserve que nous nous soyons rencontrés préalablement.

About: I am a huge animal lover and a Dog Whisperer as some of my friends call me. I have been a dog owner as long as I remember. I already have a furry kid Bella, who is very friendly with other dogs and loves play dates with her friends. I am used to dog walking and pet sitting for my family,friends and neighbors. When we moved from US, we had to face many issues in regards to Bellas transport and stay and I know the feeling when you are unable to give your fur kid the best of best while moving or when you are on a much needed vacation. I will always keep you updated with the photos of your pet having fun. I will be right here when you need someone to take care of your pet just as part of a family! Doggy Day Care - Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Doggy Boarding - Friday Evening after 5.30 to Sunday Night 8.00 Dog Walking - Saturday and Sunday Someone would always be with your pup during his/her stay at our place. Depending on the energy of the pup and weather, we will head out for multiple walks in the park or stay inside playing. We have a fenced backyard which would be accessible for play time. In case its snowing or raining hard, we prefer to stay inside and have fun playing with toys, balls and what not? 😊

About: J'ai eu un pug pendant 11 ans et on faisait pleins d'activités ensemble. J'ai adoré! J'ai gardé déjà 3 chiens dans mon passé ce fut de belles expériences. J'ai aussi eu un Labernois pendant 12 ans. Je suis vraiment habitué! Je suis quelqu'un de zen et a l'écoute des besoins. C'est pour cela que j'adore tout ce qui est dans la présence. About: J'ai travaillé au coeur d'un refuge animalier et d'organismes à but non lucratif ainsi qu'au besoin de l'entourage. J'étends maintenant mon aide ici en espérant faire des heureux :). J'enclenche de même très prochainement le départ d'études en toilettage pour chien et chat. Le bien-être et la sécurité de vos compagnons est et sera toujours ma priorité #1. My services are always one on one with your pet(s). I do not mix clients unless specifically requested and solely if all animals previously met eachother without problems. For my own safety and the one of animals under my care coming in contact with equipment used between different homes, I require up to date vaccination for dogs and cats alike. I wash and clean my equipment regularly but I much rather be safe than sorry <3. A form with all necessary information in case of emergency follows me at all time as well. The welfare of your companion is and will always be my #1 priority.

About: I have cared for pets since I was a child. I've had a Rottweiler/Lab for 14 years then 2 schnauzer/Lhasa Apso for 17 years. Grew up with sisters that have had cats and my spouse has 2 cats. I've set up and cared for lizards snakes amphibians as well. Had a toad for 5 years and a fire belly newt for 14 years. I'm not the best at training but I can say with confidence they will be happy while they're here. I have a flexible schedule. For now just busy 6-8 getting my daughter ready to go to daycare and 4:15 - 4:45 picking her up. I have a home with a fenced off yard. I have walked dogs as light as 6 lbs and over 200 lbs with no problem.

About: I've worked with many puppies and dogs including my own. I love working with puppies and helping them learn new tricks, as well as older fur babies that like a slower pace. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule which means your pets can get lots of undivided attention, playtime and walks, and will never be unattended. I recently moved from Toronto to the Montreal region. I'm happy and excited to bring my services to a new community of pet lovers! I only offer house sitting and dog walking at the moment since I no longer have my own space, however I’m certain your pets will greatly appreciate being in an environment they are comfortable in and familiar with while you take a break! “Sofia stayed at our home for 10-days, looking after our dog (Toshi) and our cat (Gustav), while we were away for a wedding outside the country. Sofia was in communication with us and provided regular updates on the animals. Toshi and Gustav bonded nicely with Sofia and she took very good care of them. She followed our instructions on the feeding of the animals and letting Toshi out in the backyard as required. Sofia even made the effort to take Toshi out for walks but he is a big dog (127 lbs) and the winter weather was very harsh (-27 degrees centigrade temperatures) so this was not an easy task! We received regular updates and photos of our pets during this time away for us and she asked all relevant questions related to the functioning of the home. She even cleaned up the house before she left here. I would definitely recommend her to others who are looking for a trusted house sitter.”

About: What makes me stand out is the experience I’ve had fostering dogs with FurBae Montreal, where I cared for rescue dogs coming from Qatar. I’ve had the chance to look after all kinds of dogs, big, small, young, older, and with very different personalities so I’ve learned how to adjust to what each dog needs pretty quickly. Some dogs needed a lot of patience and time to feel comfortable, while others were super energetic and just wanted to play and be active. That experience really taught me how to read their behavior and make them feel safe and cared for. I’m very hands on, attentive, and I genuinely enjoy building that trust with them. At the end of the day, I treat every dog like it’s my own and make sure they feel comfortable, whether it’s during a walk or while staying with me. My schedule is very flexible, which makes me really available for dog walking and pet sitting throughout the day and on weekends. I work as a Pilates instructor and own a studio here in Montreal, and since I’m a freelance contractor, I’m able to manage my own hours. My studio is also very pet-friendly, so if a dog has separation anxiety or just does better being around people, I can easily bring them with me so they’re not left alone for long periods. It’s a calm, welcoming environment, and I always make sure the dogs I’m with are comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, I’m pretty adaptable and can work around different schedules depending on what works best for you and your pet. I currently live in an apartment, but I also go back and forth to my family’s home in Dorval where we have two friendly female dogs. If your dog is comfortable being around other dogs, that can be a great environment for them with lots of space and a fenced backyard to enjoy. If not, my apartment is more than big enough to host your pet comfortably. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space for them to settle in. There’s also an open field right behind my building and a great park just down the street, which makes it easy to get them outside for walks and fresh air. I’m happy to adapt depending on what your dog is used to and what makes you feel most comfortable.
