About: Our daughter would like to take the lead. She is new to pet sitting but has a way with all animals. Mom has dog and cat sitting experience from before kids and also had a dog growing up. We are mostly available for weekend jobs. With notice we can usually work a Monday or Friday in. We are open to weekday stays but we work out of the house so it’s a long day for the animals in the house. We have a fenced yard and are open to crate trained or free range animals. Your animals will become part of our family during their stay.

About: I have loved animals my entire life. I have taken care of many different types of animals since I was very young. Horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits and birds. I have raised and trained two Working Line German Shepherds from puppies, with whom I have trained and competed with in high level obedience. I understand what it takes to have well trained, happy and genetically fulfilled dogs. I am actively going to training seminars and constantly expanding my knowledge. I have worked part time as a dog trainer teaching pet obedience classes. I have also taken online dog training courses, emergency dog first aid and raw fed nutrition courses. My day starts by making sure my dogs needs are met. They are fed, walked, stretched and trained daily. They are groomed multiples times throughout the week and participate in fun activities like tracking, obedience, dock diving and swimming weekly. When your dog boards with me, on our farm, they will be treated with the outmost love, care and respect. I would treat your best friend as I treat my own dogs. They will have access to 5 acres to explore and rest in a peaceful, relaxing environment.
About: We had a beautiful Golden Retriever 2013-2025 who went everywhere with me and was never left alone. I loved being with him, caring for him and other friends pets, walking, brushing, veterinary drop offs and collections as well as caring for elderly dogs too. I love all dogs. Will be with the dogs all day in my home and we have beautiful trails right at our doorstep for quick walks or longer hikes. Happy to be slower if dogs are older or small or longer if they have lots of energy. I work from home so pets would never be left alone, I have set up my work to fit in with caring for our own pet as a priority. Have looked after our own dog and walked 4-5 times daily with shorter potty breaks and longer excercise trips for 12 years. I have no fenced yard but have a provincial park and walking trails directly at my door so walking is never a problem. My own golden retriever will go outside for a variety of mini walks and a longer walk daily or we can take the car to other parks if requested.

Clear care instructions, emergency contacts, adequate food and supplies, and current veterinary information must be provided. I loved taking care of them but since getting older I have not had a chance to have my own as I generally am in rentals that don't allow pets so I love to look after others when they are away. I treat every pet like my own, catering to their unique needs, routines and quirks. I am experienced & trustworthy – I have years of experience with dogs & cats of all sizes, breeds and temperaments. Clients often call me the pet whisperer as their pet comes to me willingly when they might not with others because of my calm, gentle and grounded personality. As a trauma recovery coach specializing in nervous system regulation, I create a soothing and safe environment for pets, especially anxious or rescue animals. I take your dogs on engaging walks, engage in interactive play with your pets and give mindful attention to their well-being, not just basic care. I am flexible & reliable – I work around your schedule to ensure stress-free pet care. I work from home as I am a Trauma Recovery Coach so I see my clients online. I generally help clients regulate their nervous system or give them mindfulness practices. So I am often doing meditations with them or calming sessions with them. I take breaks in between clients and go for walks so can be sure to give your pet the extra attention it needs. I generally go to your home to take care of your pet. I do have a yard with a fence right now though which is helpful.
About: I've had many pets throughout my life, including a snake, hedgehog, dog, and many cats! I'm a quiet person and I enjoy spending time with animals. I recently moved back to the area so I have a lot of free time to watch your pets! Day or night, whatever you need. If I'm staying at your house I will respect the house rules and follow the guidelines you give me in order to give your animals the best experience possible.

About: Our daughter would like to take the lead. She is new to pet sitting but has a way with all animals. Mom has dog and cat sitting experience from before kids and also had a dog growing up. We are mostly available for weekend jobs. With notice we can usually work a Monday or Friday in. We are open to weekday stays but we work out of the house so it’s a long day for the animals in the house. We have a fenced yard and are open to crate trained or free range animals. Your animals will become part of our family during their stay.
