About: I have been caring for dogs since a very young age, and over the years I have gained valuable experience understanding their needs and personalities. I always strive to provide the best care possible, ensuring that every dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy. Along with meeting their daily needs, I make sure to give them plenty of attention, affection, love, and cuddles so they feel right at home. 🐾 I currently work part-time and attend school, which gives me flexibility to drop in, check on your pup, take them for a walk, or simply spend some quality time with them. I'm available during mornings (including early mornings), afternoons, and evenings. During the summer, I have even greater availability since I'm off school and can dedicate more time to caring for your furry friend! I have a yard and am fortunate to have both a forest and a dog park nearby, which are perfect for long walks and games of fetch. I enjoy keeping dogs active through fun activities such as running, playtime, and enrichment exercises. Every dog is different, some love to run and play, while others prefer leisurely walks and plenty of time to sniff and explore. I always adapt to each dog's pace and needs, allowing them to enjoy their walks and get their daily "news" from all the interesting scents along the way.

About: I’ve taken care of cats my whole life and dogs over the last decade. I’ve handled everything from bites to maladies and medication. I’m even a foster for the SPCA. I can’t imagine a life without animals in it. In the last year we lost our own fur baby and are not yet ready to fully commit to replacing her but would love to shower yours with all the love and affection we have until we are. I currently work from home full time and live in a quiet, low traffic, residential neighborhood. I am minutes from the Morgan Arboretum and wooded paths where good long walks can be had. I do foster kittens on occasion but this will be discussed at booking. Safety is top of mind, always. Part of my yard is fenced in and part is surrounded by cedars. If needed, these areas can be used while supervised. I have a vehicle with a cage and travel belts for safety. If you provide your crate I am happy to crate your fur baby as instructed.

About: I grew up with animals in the home and I have over 15 years of pet sitting experience! I also have the energy levels to keep up with even the highest energy dogs. Aside from a few hours during the week, I work from home. I can adjust my schedule for the most part to ensure every pets needs are met. I live in an apartment with plenty of nearby parks to take them to play. My building is very safe when it comes to other animals being well behaved. I also don't take on multiple pets so your pet will receive all the attention it needs. When I'm pet sitting in your home I like to follow a similar routine to what your pet is used to. In terms of eating, playtime, going to the bathroom etc. That way while you're away they feel more comfortable and safe.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over three years now. My longest stay has been with two dogs for 21 days. There’s nothing in this world that I love more than spending time with pups, so I’d love nothing more than to care for your dogs, however long you need me! I don’t have a job in the summer so I have lots of time, I usually workout in the morning at 7:30 and then usually have something early afternoon, but I’m never away for longer than 2 hours. I’m big on dog love, the more they learn that we can trust each other, the smoother we will get along. However much care your dog needs, I’m willing to provide!

About: I grew up with dogs (I currently have two large breed dogs) and I’ve also been a volunteer at a dog adoption center for most of my life. I have lots of experience with dogs of various ages, temperaments, and breeds. I have also volunteered at an animal hospital and have assisted with shelter vet visits. I am currently a Cegep student studying to be a veterinary technician so I have lots of availability to walk and play with your dogs ! Since dogs all have different needs and behaviours I will do my best to adapt to whatever will make your dog happy ! I will follow usual schedules in order to keep your dog comfortable and will provide lots of love and care as if they were my own :)!

About: I worked in a pet hotel for over 10 years. I've been called a dog whisperer as I'm able to help shy and scared dogs come out of their shells. I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember, I would bring strays home when I was very young and work in dog rescue. I'm currently from home so I have a very flexible schedule and can work around what my client needs at the time they need catsitting. I have a fenced in yard and my own fur child to keep your pet company. I have crates and seperate spaces your dog can feel comfortable in if they would not like to sleep in the master bedroom with me and my dog. I can set up a playpen area anywhere they're comfortable and put their bed/crate in a number of different locations depending on what they're used to/more comfortable with.

About: Avez-vous un ami que vous retrouvez tout le temps avec votre chien lors d’un party? Et bien si oui, je vous annonce que je suis du même genre. J’ai grandit dans une maison avec des chiens depuis ma naissance. Je me suis donc occupé d’eux dans tout les stades de leurs vies. D’un chiot de 3 mois jusqu’à une chienne de 16 ans, je sais ce qu’il faut pour les rendre heureux et confortables. Depuis que j’ai 15 ans, mes parents me font confiance pour garder mes chiens lorsqu’ils partent en vacances. J’ai aussi fait la garde de plusieurs chiens voisinants. En plus de mon experience en gardiennage de chiens, je fais aussi du gardiennage d’enfants et je travaille dans un camp de jour depuis 6 ans. Je suis donc familier avec les attentes d’un parent lors d’un transfert parental que ce soit avec un enfant ou avec une bête poilue. Depuis le décès de ma chienne de 11 ans il y a quelques mois, je me suis fait la promesse de continuer de côtoyer des chiens régulièrement. J’entre aussi à l’université en automne et je doit travailler d’extra pour le financement de cette éducation. C’est pourquoi Rover est un parfait choix pour moi! Je travaille pendant les jours de semaine mais je suis disponible les fin de semaines et les soirs de semaines. Je suis très habitué d’avoir un horaire qui tombe sur les besoins d’un chien donc je suis extrêmement flexible avec mon horaire lorsque je ne travail pas. Je suis physique et j’aime les longues marches. J’ai aussi beaucoup d’énergie mais je sais me détendre donc je peux facilement m’adapter avec le tempérament d’un chien. Je suis extrêmement patient et je sais bien lire les chiens. Je suis aussi très respectueux de mon environnement donc si je passe chez vous lors de votre absence, je vais m’assurer que la maison sois dans le même état que vous l’avez laissé.

About: As a 27-year-old full-time employee downtown, life can get a bit boring! One of my favourite things to do is bonding with animals. Every animal's specific personality leaves its mark on my heart. My services include dog walking, dog/cat/fish pet sitting, and overnight care. If your pet is shy, a cuddler, or thinks humans are beneath them, I am there to fit into their life and make sure you get updates to ensure your mind is at ease. I'm very comfortable with reactive dogs, making sure they don't chomp on anything they are not supposed to while on their walks, keeping them safe, and also sometimes sprinting with them when the weather permits! :) I'm happy to provide references, and very excited to meet your fur babies! I have a very relaxed job and so work from home most of the time, with a flexible work schedule that I mostly set myself (the rest of it is set by deadlines!) I enjoy being given a purpose to change my routine, so regardless of early riser/late sleeper, your pet and I can hang out when it is comfortable for them. My biggest rule is that I never want to stress your pets out more than they are already stressed out - they miss you already, why would we relocate them! I ask that you provide me with their usual routine and keep to it to ensure that your pet is comfortable. With cats and dogs, I make sure to keep a comfortable distance and let them smell and see me exist around them for a while before I attempt any contact. All we need is safety with animals, and it is my utmost priority :)
