About: I've had pets in my family ever since I can remember. My cat was called Ginger and was such a kind soul he'd snuggle up in the chair with me while I read books. I also got a rabbit called Smokey when I was 11. My dad made him a huge cage with mesh bottom so he could eat the grass and dandelions in the summer outside. When I left to visit a friend, he would hop over the whole house looking for me. Currently my kids are grown and I live in a small pet free property and I'm missing my furry friends. I enjoy hanging out, grooming and playtime when they get the zoomies. Even cats, small animals that normally play shy usually come out to say hello when I'm around which sometimes surprises their owners. If you are looking for a loving fun environment for your cat, i'm your best option. I"m self employed and work my own hours so am able to come and go as needed. I mostly work from home so am around if they need anything or I need a break from the computer. I do great with a list of routines, feeding times that work for your fur baby and then I usually stick to what they are used to so they are most comfortable.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats most of my life, my partner and I have been fostering dogs with Pound Rescue for 2 years. We currently have 1 dog and 3 cats and have between 1-2 foster dogs I’m currently working full time but most of my work is done on Weekends or from home, so during the day during the week I’m usually pretty wide open I have a fenced yard. Most of my dogs were fairly close in age so they were young together and they grew old together. I am able to administer medications including injections and know CPR and what to do in other emergencies. My experiences have taught me empathy, how to serve selflessly and love unconditionally. When my last dog, who was a paraplegic, passed away I fostered a 4 year old female dachshund with IVDD and working with the rescue fully rehabilitated her. I adopted her (Marlo) in 2024 and she is a great hostess to our guest dogs. I get to meet so many perfect little souls and spend time giving them happy moments, comfort, and security while their moms and dads are at work or travelling. I am extremely capable with seniors and special needs dogs because I understand them and what they need medically, physically, and emotionally. All dogs hold a special place in my heart. About: I’ve had dogs and cats most of my life, my partner and I have been fostering dogs with Pound Rescue for 2 years. We currently have 1 dog and 3 cats and have between 1-2 foster dogs I’m currently working full time but most of my work is done on Weekends or from home, so during the day during the week I’m usually pretty wide open I have a fenced yard. I take my dog and any foster dogs that are ready to the off leash parks in Okotoks. Also do leash walks with my dog as I feel it’s good for him to have leash manners as well as being able to have a free run at the dog park

About: I have loved animals since I was a kid. I used to volunteer at a animal shelter back in my hometown. Growing up i had a shitzu, chihuahua and two male tabby cats. I used to house sit for my brother who has a golden retriever, pitbull, two cats and 4 rabbits. I understand animal behavior and their needs.
