“Jills care for our 13 year old diabetic cat was amazing. I reached out to her last min due to her previous 5 star ratings. Although Jill was booked, she made a special room for our old boy. She provided him an entire room with 2 litter boxes, a double bed and even a flower on the table. He was in a 5 star resort. She created a box for him surrounded by pillows and blankets for him to hide during the storms. She made a ramp for his easy access on and off the bed. Her communication was immediate and so professional. Jill provided us pictures of our old boy a number of times a day along with updates on his eating and insulin injections-that she was excellent at administering. He was cuddled, petted, taken care of and very happy. I would highly recommend Jill for anyone who wants their beloved pet to be in the very best care. We have already booked her again for his next stay. Words cannot say how impressed we are with Jill!”

About: I have experience with different animals from small dogs to larger breeds > 100lbs I don’t have any pets of my own but I have volunteered at animal shelters walking dogs and giving pets and cuddles to the cats I enjoy walking in the river valley, checking out new neighbourhoods, hiking, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be around animals I am currently working part-time/ casual so my schedule varies but I mostly work evenings and have mornings and weekends off. If there is a stretch of time that will be needed, I can accommodate if sufficient notice is given I would ensure the dog is given a long/short walk depending on needs, letting out to use the bathroom and routine feeding. About: I grew up with animals since a young age, my family always had dogs and every summer I’d spend months out at my godmother’s farm helping take care of all kinds of animals including a barn full of cats. Professionally I was employed as a groomer/doggy daycare attendant so im well versed in handling animals of all sizes and temperaments! About: I’m known as the go to dog sitter among my friends and coworkers! I love having another personality around the house and my two dogs love it too! My dogs are westie and a blue heeler, so I have some experience with working and high energy breeds! We have tons of walking paths around, river access and a dog park nearby. About: I’ve always lived with a dog, and have experience with every size pup. I have watched friends pups for years as well. We have 2 kids in the house who are more than excited to help out! I work full time away from home, but my spouse works from home, so someone is always around to be with your dog. We are home on weekends, and evenings. I have a fully fenced in yard. If I’m sitting other pets at the time (with approval from both pet owners), we can separate them to give breaks if required, as we have levels in our house to split them apart. Your dog will be walked 1-2 or more times a day, in the morning and evening minimum. If your dog does well off leash, playing fetch in the green field is also an option. We also like to explore Edmonton in the wetlands and enjoy longer walks on weekends.

About: Our family has looked after pets for friends and family for many years! We pride ourselves on being reliable, engaging and caring for your pet! We are happy to do anything necessary to look after your fur baby so that you have peace of mind while they are in our care. We do currently have our own puppy, she is a mini ausiedoodle. She is completely house trained, crate trained and she has excellent manners. Our dog also loves to play with other dogs. Dogs we care for must be ok with our dog, a meet and greet is required. We only look after a maximum of 2 other pets in addition to ours, occasionally we would take up to 4, this is case by case. I work full time from home, I walk my dog 2 times a day, we both love getting outside. I often visit the Grand Trunk Dog Park as well. We are an active family, however the pets we look after wouldn't be home alone on the weekends longer than 1-2 hours, if at all. We are very flexible, if you have special needs, let me know. We have a completely fenced yard which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is a large yard with lots of areas for sniffing and playing. In our home, we are flexible to the needs of your pet, we can manage crate training or can look after a pup who does not go into a crate. Our house is completely puppy proofed!

After our meet & greet, we were totally comfortable leaving our kids there. We didn't ask for walks specifically, but our dogs got walks every day, and got to enjoy their beautiful fenced back yard with lush grass and a water feature. On our first morning dropoff, Michael greeted us with a special human treat: delicious homemade muffins! We had to stay out later than we said we would one night, but Michael handled it in stride. About: I have always loved dogs. As an adult I've had two Labradors that I raised on my own since they were 8 weeks old. They have since passed, and both lived until 11-13 yrs old. I loved spending as much of my time with them. I try to spend as much time outside, going for walks or drives and checking out the sights and smells, throwing a ball around, etc. One of my dogs had to have knee surgery (TPLO) on both knees, so I do have lots of experience with nursing a dog's health and their rehab. I work from home 5 days/wk with a job that's flexible enough to be able to take breaks from my desk and let the dogs out regularly, and go for lunch-time walks (weather permitting!) Your dog can have free roam of the house and yard with regular check-ins. I have a large, fenced backyard. Plenty of room for your pup to stretch, sniff around, play some fetch and blow off some energy. Various walking routes nearby, as well.

About: I am a new stay at home mom that is used to caring for my children with paws and still learning the tricks to the one with toes. While I love all animals, the big slobbery ones have my heart wrapped around their drool and my big senior (7 yr Great Dane/Mastiff) guy knows it. I am currently on maternity leave and am looking to get out of the house and get some exercise. I am confident in walking large dogs but will have my baby and stroller with me so I ask for pups that won’t pull too much. Since I have a small baby and 4 animals of my own I am not able to stay overnight but can check in any day or time. Having two extra large dogs of my own, I am confident in walking your pup and am familiar in crate training as well. I believe in force free training and can follow your lead to reinforce training and obedience into our walks and visits as well. I strongly follow the idea that trust is the best form of leadership with animals and people.

I'm addition, neighbours, friends and family have relied on me many times to pet sit, walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I'm currently homeschooling my grade 2 kid which usually only takes up 20 to 30 minutes of our day so I have plenty of time to play with and care for your furry or feathered babies. I have fenced yard and a very friendly cat and dog to keep your fur or feathered babies company. Both are very accustomed to growing up around different species of animals we've sat or fostered. My cat has a very large catio he loves to sit in during the day and usually perches himself on his cat castle by the window inside the house for naps or people watching (his favorite thing to do). He loves other animals and is very affectionate and protective towards them, he's a very docile breed and way too friendly for his own good. I do have a crate for dog and spare rooms for cats if a slower introduction is needed. My home is pretty pet friendly and clean and everybody in here will never be short of love, food and affection.

We have a fenced in yard but live on acreage so my pets have a lot of area to run and play but also no chance of them getting lost because they also are trained. I make sure there are no dangerous areas around my home from sharp corners to things on the ground. My dogs constantly have water but are on a strict eating schedule. My cats are fed at all times and also have water at all times. My dogs and cats usually have a goo rotation when it comes to toys I get them ones that won’t harm them if they rip them apart, but if they do I will buy them a new one. I’d say there pretty spoiled animals but when you love them doesn’t seem like work at all.

“Jills care for our 13 year old diabetic cat was amazing. I reached out to her last min due to her previous 5 star ratings. Although Jill was booked, she made a special room for our old boy. She provided him an entire room with 2 litter boxes, a double bed and even a flower on the table. He was in a 5 star resort. She created a box for him surrounded by pillows and blankets for him to hide during the storms. She made a ramp for his easy access on and off the bed. Her communication was immediate and so professional. Jill provided us pictures of our old boy a number of times a day along with updates on his eating and insulin injections-that she was excellent at administering. He was cuddled, petted, taken care of and very happy. I would highly recommend Jill for anyone who wants their beloved pet to be in the very best care. We have already booked her again for his next stay. Words cannot say how impressed we are with Jill!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and can’t imagine life without them. Over the years I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a gentler pace.
