J’adore les chiens depuis toujours et cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je garde régulièrement les chiens de proches, d’amis et de propriétaires rencontrés via Pawshake.

J’habite à Schaerbeek dans un appartement spacieux avec ma famille et ma petite femelle bichon. Les chiens que j’accueille vivent avec nous comme à la maison et reçoivent beaucoup d’attention tout au long de la journée.

J’accepte principalement les petits et moyens chiens (jusqu’à environ 10-12 kg) afin qu’ils soient parfaitement à l’aise dans mon logement.

Pendant leur séjour, les chiens bénéficient généralement de 2 promenades par jour, parfois 3 (matin, midi, soir)lorsque mon emploi du temps le permet, notamment pendant les vacances, généralement ça peut aller de 15 minutes voir une heure de promenade si le chien en a besoin. Le reste du temps est consacré aux jeux, aux câlins, au repos et aux moments passés ensemble.

Les chiens sont donc rarement seuls.

Je peux suivre des consignes particulières concernant l’alimentation ou l’administration de médicaments simples si nécessaire.

Je n’effectue pas de toilettage moi-même, mais je peux éventuellement emmener votre chien chez un toiletteur si besoin, après discussion avec vous.

Pour garantir une ambiance calme et familiale, je garde généralement 1 à 2 chiens à la fois, en plus de ma propre chienne.

Over: I have taken care of friend’s pets (cats and dogs) in exchange for housing on vacation, and have had quite a few rover jobs including dog walking and catsitting (drop offs and housesitting) I love to be around animals :) I am a trustworthy and communicative pet carer. You can count on me to be responsible when it comes to your animal and home. Dealbreakers for hosting dogs : 1) the dog needs to be able to go up and down stairs by itself. We have the entire building and therefore in order to get from one room to another going up/down is required and there are no barriers to prevent the dog from going off on its own. It needs to be independent otherwise it is a dangerous environment for them 2. Noise needs to be more or less under control. A few barks here and there is normal, but if it is excessive, I simply can’t have it due to living with people. 3. I do not take dogs for more than 2 nights. 4. Your dog needs to get along with all other humans, men women and children. Getting along with other dogs is preferred 5. Please don’t just drop your dog off with me. I’m amazed at the amount of people who will just drop their dog off and not even check out where I live. Give yourself the time to come up and have coffee, check out my appartment, and explain to me a few things I should know. Thanks for reading. Please also consider house sitting before boarding ! I understand one can be skeptical of letting a stranger into their home with out surveillance, but I’m open to a visit beforehand and pet surveillance cameras being on during the stay. I am a freelance artist at the moment, lots of the work I do is on the computer at home so I have quite a lot of time (with a bit of organization) to devote to your pet :) I have a super flexible schedule so I’m all yours! I have two friends in particular (as you can see in my references) who I have stayed with or at their appartements on multiple occasions in Berlin where I am taking care of their cats in exchange for housing. Since things always go well, I have been invited back multiple times with no problem. I have also done so with rover. I can clean up after myself with no trace and don’t mind sleeping on a couch in case you need a house sitter. Unfortunately I can not board an animal in my own house due to roommates who are not ok with it.

J’ai également un dalmatien chez moi (qui est (sans lui lancer des fleurs) le chien le plus gentil du monde) et qui s’entend avec tous les autres chiens. J’ai également de l’expérience avec les chiens réactifs . Je travaille actuellement depuis mon domicile donc je suis tout le temps présente sur place. Je m’occupe de mes horaires donc tout est adaptable en fonction de vos besoins Je vis dans une maison. Mon chien en générale ne monte pas à l’étage mais reste au rez ou je lui laisse l’accès au jardin (celui ci est clos)

Over: As far as I can remember, I've always been surrounded by dogs and cats, so it's a loooong love story and I'm +++ used to take care of them! Our dog, Betty, adorable shepherd out from a Romanian shelter, loves the company of her fellows and is always happy to have friends at home ;) We live right next to the Bois de la Cambre in a large house with a fenced garden of 15 acres. Besides the garden, we also walk the dogs in the woods. There is always someone at home: I am there most of the time and my kids have variable hours at the university, so your 4-legged companions will not often be alone! We ask that our residents to be in order of vaccinations and do not have fleas, for the safety of all :) If you wish, we can send you photos and videos of your animal during your absence, it's always nice to receive some news when away! Note that a prior meeting is required, to ensure that everyone gets along well! Please note that I have free-roaming chickens in the garden, so I don't take dogs with hunting instincts, sorry! And no large unneutered males either! Looking forward to meeting you very soon! They have access to the house all the time (kitchen's door remains open), for a nap, when it rains or if they just prefer to stay inside 😉 At night, no box, no crate, they sleep in the kitchen with Betty my own dog, who loves everyone! They will feel like home, be sure of that 🥰
