I recently entrusted Krystal to care for my three cats and two dogs while I was away on a business trip, and I couldn't have been more impressed with her dedication, professionalism, and genuine affection for my furry family members. She took the time to learn each of my pets' routines, preferences, and quirks, ensuring that they felt comfortable and secure in her care. Whether it was administering medication to one of my older cats or playing fetch with my energetic pups, Krystal handled every task with grace and expertise. What truly sets Krystal apart, however, is her unwavering compassion and commitment to providing the highest level of care. She didn't just feed and walk my pets - she showered them with love, attention, and affection, treating them as if they were her own. Even sending pictures to give us updates on how they were doing! Krystal went above and beyond to ensure that my pets felt cherished and content in my absence. 7. Jason L.
“Jason did great walking Blizzard, who I had just picked up off the streets a couple weeks before and wasn't very acclimated to his new life yet. He understands the importance of a meet and greet for new dogs, and paid great attention and care to my dog's personality and well-being and to earning his trust. It's clear that loves meeting and caring for dogs, has good instincts, and definitely cares about their well-being beyond just the walk; he helped work on Blizzard's walk commands and keep them consistent, and stayed a bit after walks to continue making friends. I had him walk Blizzard while I was out of town, and would normally walk him myself, but if I was unable to exercise him again I would definitely ask Jason to care for him again.”

10. Jamilah L.
“We recently had the pleasure of entrusting our new fur baby, Kobe, to the care of Jamilah while we went out of town for a family wedding. As first-time puppy parents, we were understandably nervous about leaving Kobe for the first time, but from the moment our pup met Jamilah and entered her home, our worries melted away. Jamilah was incredibly warm and welcoming, immediately putting both us and Kobe at ease. Her genuine love for dogs was evident, and Kobe started to play immediately. Throughout our trip, Jamilah went above and beyond to ensure Kobe’s comfort and happiness. She followed our instructions, from feeding schedules to playtime routines, and sent us frequent photo and video updates, which we appreciated more than words can express. It was such a relief to see Kobe’s smiling face and know he was in the best hands. When we returned home, Kobe was happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. I cannot recommend Jamilah highly enough. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely caring dog sitter, look no further. Jamila’s exceeded all of our expectations, and we are sure Kobe can't wait for his next stay!”

12. Shannon M.
About: I grew up in a household housing pets all the time. I’ve had the opportunity to care for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, ducks, and a rabbit. I am familiar with animal’s nutrition and exercise needs. I’ve been able to carefully asses small injuries that can be treated at home and which ones require a visit to the vet. I’ve learned to pick up on the different personalities that each pet has and used it to ensure that each one is loved and in a happy environment. I’ve always been around pets, and I have a dog of my own named Khyzer (who is a very good boy!!). I also spend time researching how to properly feed and take care of different dogs based on their breed, size, age, and weight to gain more awareness. I am ready to care for your pet, have fun with them, and show them lots of love! I have a big and beautiful backyard for dogs to roam around and play! :D I never leave pets (including my own pets) unsupervised outside in my backyard (backyard only!! front yard has no fencing so it is dangerous). When we are inside, the same rules apply. Dogs and cats are just like children, so to help them out and to make pet parents feel comfortable and safe, I treat every dog with love and respect, while also supervising at all times. I love my own pets, and if I left them with someone I do not know, I would hope to have a sitter who truly loves and takes care of my pet properly. Use my code: SHANNM56904 (For 20% off your first booking, if you are new to Rover!) I am a college student, however, I do have plenty of time to take care of dogs & cats. For this upcoming school semester I am unable to provide services on mondays and wednesdays, however any other day, I am most likely to be available! :D I leave a clean area so that you fur baby can be in a peaceful environment. I have a nice, spacious backyard where your fur baby can roam around while being supervised! I also have toys that they can play with. And of course, I will be able to provide the attention your fur baby needs and deserves <3

14. Dominique A.
About: Highly referred and experienced, Dominique provides outstanding pet care that is personalized to meet the needs of your furry family members. I meet with all pet parents and document the specific requirements of your pets as we know how important it is for pets to maintain the security of their daily routines. I know how hard it is for them to be away from their owners and promise to treat them like my own with an intuitive understanding of their needs. With lots of love and extensive knowledge and experience of all pets - dogs, cats, birds, horses, and reptiles including the special needs of seniors, medications, and high energy pets - I am uniquely qualified to make sure your pets are lovingly cared for in the comfort of their own homes while you vacation or are at work. I became a pet sitter because I know how much dogs mean to their human family members. My Collie/Border Collie rescue mix, Skipper, taught me so much about the mutual love when caring for another being, she was nearly my "nanny" as I grew up. Her passing left a hole in my life, and though I am not ready for another pup of my own, I am looking forward to spending time with dogs again. My passion for animals has inspired me to give back to them. In my spare time, I volunteer with the humane society and work to stop Yulin. As a volunteer I walk the dogs, feed them and take them to the dog park for exercise and socialization. Dogs give so much to us and it's our duty to take care of them in return. I am an accountant that works fully remote which enables me to provide loving care for fur babies at their own home. In house pet sitting provides the peace of mind of familiarity and safety to pets so they do not experience the boarding anxiety of a strange and unfamiliar place. This is especially important for pets with routines and/or special needs. If local within daily driving distance, I can come for a few hours or if further away I can stay throughout the duration provided there is a desk and monitor workspace that I can plug into during the work week. I also have a service trained miniature dachshund who can come with me to bring company and a playmate for fur babies. Creating the safety of routine and familiarity of in home care often eliminates the separation anxiety that most pets can suffer from while their humans are away. By loving care, play time, and keeping routines, fur babies are happy and living their best life too while their humans are away.

20. Aly W.
“Aly did a great job watching our two dogs Laika and Puma. We don’t often leave our dogs with strangers and so we were a bit anxious but she was very accommodating and understanding. She took care of them in her beautiful back yard while we were at a party. It was nice to know they had someone giving them love and attention away from home while we could not be there. Thanks, Aly!”
