1. Shannon R.
“Shannon was fantastic! She communicated well with us while she watched our boy! She sent pictures to show he was doing fine! We felt at total ease leaving our “kid” in her care… she welcomed doing a meet and greet earlier in the week ( at our request) to introduce our dog to her to before dropping him off later that week. She was very accommodating with our drop off/pickup since we were flying somewhere. Will definitely use her again and recommend to her to other pet parents!!!”
2. Sarah W.
“Sarah was amazing with my dog! She absolutely loved her while she stayed there. My dog was very happy when I picked her up she didnt seem sad or depressed. Sarah sent me lots of pictures and updated me everyday!! I 100% would recommend her to anyone I know and she has reasonable prices for the area!”
3. Kyleen W.
“Kyleen was absolutely wonderful. We unexpectedly needed week long care for our 2 dogs over the Christmas holiday and feel so lucky to have found Kyleen. Our dogs were so happy and well taken care of and will definitely contact again when we need somewhere for our dogs to stay. Her communication was amazing. Kyleen sent daily updates and photos on how our dogs were doing. That first day she sent multiple updates which I very much appreciated.”
4. Stacie R.
“Stacie was amazing with our pups! We had another dog sitter cancel the day before we were supposed to leave and she was able to keep them last minute. She kept us up to date and sent us pictures! Will definitely be using her again!”
5. Mandi K.
“Our pup did great at Mandi’s! I didn’t have to worry at all because she sent pictures of his day and an update of what he did. She was so sweet to send him home with a personalized bandana and a jar of homemade treats! Definitely recommend!”
6. Tami B.
“Highly recommend using Tami to care for your pet! I was nervous leaving my dog with someone for the first time but she made me feel at ease and took great care of my dog! She sent me pictures and texts to ensure me my dog was doing great!”
7. Rachael and Joe L.
“Racheal took very good of my baby & I could tell he had a wonderful time! He was so worn out when he got home! He really didn’t want to leave, he loved having playmates! Racheal kept me updated on how he was doing & I loved how she did a slow introduction with her current dogs. You can tell she priorities safety & keeps a watchful eye on the doggos. They have plenty of space to play & the set up was really nice! Will have to bring my baby back when I go out of town again & he can’t come with me.”
8. EBONY Y.
“Both times my Yorkie was with Ebony I felt that he was in good care. She did an amazing job with sending my daily photos. I felt very comfortable after the first time knowing that he would be in good hands.”
9. Erin C.
“This entire process was new to us and we were worried about leaving our baby boy with an unknown stranger. Erin was willing to talk and answer any questions I had prior to dropping champ off. She's extremely kind and is the best dog sitter around. She took great care of champ and loved on him just like he was her own. Champ stayed with her for a whole week and throughout his stay she consistently sent pictures and he looked so happy and relaxed in her home. He became best friends with her little guy and they would cuddle at night together . Erin is fantastic and we will continue to use her anytime we go out of town.”
10. Gabbi H.
About: Hi, I’m Gabbi, and I have over 6 years of experience caring for other people’s pets! I am new to Rover, but I have multiple pet sitting references that I can provide from customers that have had me hired me for years! I’ve watched dogs of all sizes from Great Pyrenees to Chihuahuas. I’ve handled hundreds of cats so I am used to every personality. I have also cared for reptiles, amphibians, fish, farm animals, and rodents. I’ve watched dogs who need vigorous exercise, as well as the opposite. I’ve cared for puppies and kittens, seniors, and every age in between. I’ve watched a litter of kittens that were still nursing. I have experience with cats and dogs affected by cerebral palsy, deafness, blindness, and other special needs. I am experienced in administering multiple forms of medication. I also volunteer for an animal shelter, which gives me a lot of unique situations and experiences! I have a relatively flexible schedule. I work part time at a dog grooming salon. My shifts are typically 6 hours or less, and I only work up to 3 days a week. I do sometimes have other commitments that are unlikely to take more than 4 hours at a time. I am currently only taking one online college class so that does not interfere with my availability. For people interested in boarding, I have a fenced yard and a 9/yo, 15 lb Shih Tzu who is very friendly. He is laid back and prefers dogs who are also laid back, but has never shown aggression with high energy dogs. I typically walk the dogs I watch at least once a day, but that can vary on the age and/or the activity level of the dog. I can also take them to a park, weather permitting! I always try to keep the pups experience as stress-free as possible, so I listen closely to everything you tell me about your pet. I try to stick to any routine that you guys share, whether that be feeding times, walking times, or anything else! I live in a quiet neighborhood where your dog will be safe with me.
11. Danielle M.
“Danielle was wonderful and I would love to book again. Definitely recommend her. She took wonderful care of Sonoma and was great to work with!”
12. Hanna T.
“Hanna was better than anything we could ask for! For one, my travel plans for work kept unraveling, and yet she was still available in short notice. Secondly, lots of people are averse to big dogs - mine is a Cane Corso, and in the past, she's just had to travel with me because I've never been able to find anyone to watch her who I'd trust. Thankfully, the meet and greet went well. Though my pup was really nervous, she warmed right up to Hanna and her family. I knew instantly that she was going to be in great hands, but upon learning a lot about Hanna's background with dogs, I was even more relieved. My dog had such a great time that she didn't even want to leave (which hurt my feelings lol), but now I know I have a trusting sitter near me available for all my travel needs, and that's such a blessing.”
13. Ryan M.
“I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone apprehensive on leaving their pup while traveling. I will absolutely be using him again in the future.”
14. Christina L.
“Christina takes amazing care of our dogs. We have utilized her services for multiple stays and will continue to in the future! Best in the area.”
15. Cynthia G.
“Cynthia took great care of our dog! She was so kind and easy to communicate with for booking and during our dog’s stay. I felt comfortable leaving our dog and knew he was in good hands. She sent picture and video updates as well. Thank you so much, Cynthia!!”
16. Jenny H.
“Jenny has watched my dogs several times and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive with her! I have 2 dogs, a 10 year old Lab and a 6 year old Spaniel. Both dogs have separation anxiety when I am gone usually but they are very comfortable with Jenny and not anxious at all. She is extremely trustworthy and is a true animal lover and I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else! ”
17. Claire S.
“Claire could not be better! She was very responsive. Sent lots of pictures and updates. She went out of her way to treat Pepper like a special baby, just the way we do! I'd trust Claire with my baby anytime!”
18. Truess F.
“Phenomenal job. Looked and cared deeply over my dog. Kept me updated and had her at her happiest. I will definitely be using Truess again for future bookings.”
19. Kelly B.
“Kelly and her family were amazing! Cooper was made right at home and loved playing ball in their backyard and spending time with the kids. Kelly was very quick to respond and sent me pictures each day with an update. It’s so reassuring to have a safe place for our dog to stay in the future ❤️”
