“I had a wonderful experience with Noah‘s daily drop-ins for my cat Seltzer. Noah was extremely communicative and responsive and made it easy to set up the visits even while I was already out of town. The daily updates, including pictures and thoughtful remarks, really eased my mind about the well-being of my cat. Seltzer was in fantastic shape when I returned home and I have no doubt that he really enjoyed Noah‘s company. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Noah again should I need another cat sitter. Thank you so much!!”

“Leah was wonderful when she watched our dear kitty. Our cat had special needs, and Leah attended to her perfectly. Not only did Leah show incredible care for our sweet cat, but she went above and beyond by giving her extra love, cuddles, and pets. She also kept us in the loop, sending pictures and updates (which were much needed for my anxious cat mama heart). Your fur baby will be in excellent hands with Leah!”

About: I have fed, walked, trained, groomed, and medicated family and friends' pets since I was 10 years old. I took a vet assistant course in highs school and have worked as a veterinary assistant and technician since 2020. I have my own small zoo at home made up of birds, mice, aquatics, a cat, and even some insects! I have a passion for animal welfare and am always doing research to provide my pets the best quality of life. I currently work full-time on weekdays but am available before 7AM after 4PM for quick drop-ins for things like potty breaks. My weekends are usually free starting on Friday evenings after 3PM. I am very careful to check my surroundings for anything that may cause harm to an animal or be an escape hazard. I make sure to ask pet owners about where their pet may require extra attention/supervision and their pets habits. I prefer to keep pets in their known surroundings to prevent further stress while pet sitting, but if needed, I may be able to care for certain animals in my own home. I have a cat, but she is well-behaved and NEVER alone with other animals, nor left in a situation in which she can harm or be harmed.

About: I grew up with big dogs and currently have an 11-year-old black lab mix. I know how to get a puppy to go outside, and I know how to stimulate a senior dog that can't go on long walks. I would love to meet your dog and make them as comfortable as they can be! Your dog will be spending a great deal of time with me and Brisco, as we're both home during the workday! We like to go on long walks in the middle of the day and hang out outside enjoying the sunshine. We have a great deal of space for the dog to walk around inside, and a fenced in backyard for them to explore. We also have access to a creek in the 14 acre Christmas tree farm behind our home, where they can go on long walks on a leash with us and Brisco!
18. David S.
“David is a true carry whisperer! My cats are extremely skittish around strangers but seem to love David! Communication has always been quick and easy and he provides lots of pictures and feedback so I can check on my boys while I'm away.”

About: I’ve independently cared for animals since I was 10 years old. A lifetime of pet owning, pet sitting, volunteering at veterinary offices and shelters, farm work, therapy dog training and services, and both dog and cat fostering has lent me many wonderful memories and experiences to draw from. I’ve also had many jobs related to animal care: several wildlife technician positions, several farm and animal husbandry jobs. I majored in Animal Science at Cornell University and also took several classes at Cornell’s Vet School. I’ve personally owned 4 dogs, 4 cats, 4 chickens, one lovebird, many betta fish and several fire-bellied toads. I love animals and I’ve lived with dozens more. I’ve worked with shy, fearful and dominant dogs. I've worked with friendly and feral cats. I’m happy to provide care for any mammals, birds, amphibians or reptiles you need help with. I understand the importance of pets and will do my very best to make sure your fur baby is loved and kept safe. I am home all day and have a relatively flexible schedule. I live in the country with 2 calm, middle aged dogs. I’m happy to work with your expectations to give your pet a safe and loving experience. I live on a quiet country road with plenty of state parks nearby to explore. My calm senior dog can keep your fur baby company, but won’t overwhelm with too much energy. If you prefer, I can also keep my pup separate. I’m happy to follow any safety guidelines you prefer. If you prefer more socialization, I'm happy to bring your dog to the dog park, on hikes, or arrange for small play groups.
20. RENEE A.
“I first noticed how careful and thoughtful Renee was when she came for a meet and greet. She showed up promptly and in great spirits. While most applicants listened to a list of instructions, Renee asked if I could show her our routine outdoors with our dog, Ruby. This showed me that she was detail oriented and wished to know our dog's behavior on a day-to-day basis and allowed her a chance to really interact with our dog. I was away for a week and I was worried about leaving our young and active dog alone for so long. Renee was superb at being communicative. She would let us know when she checked in, checked out, how much water, food was offered and how many walks Ruby had that day. She left pictures and kind words and it really alleviated any of my initial worries. For many, one's dog is not only a pet but a family member and Renee was wonderful at seeing that. I would definitely, without hesitation, work with Renee again.”
