When I picked up my Max she had already washed his collar, blanket, pillow and even given him a bath and a nail cut. Our 1 year old cavapoo Frederick is used to being around people and dogs, so we weren’t concerned with him getting comfortable, but our 5 month old havanese Charlotte is not. They made me and my husband feel at ease that they would be well cared for, and we got regular video updates showing just that. Charlotte was just fine and came out of her shell a little. They were happy to accommodate their fresh food feeding (I make their food with TFD DIY) and using the slow feeder bowls I brought. I will definitely be using them for all overnight boarding.”
