She loves animals and educates herself in the best way to care for them. One of our dogs was sick and needed frequent medication. Shanna was not daunted by this task and found ways to give the medication not only easier for her but a nicer experience for our Sparky. We never had to worry about our dogs with Shanna- she kept us posted daily on how they were doing and if she had any questions. She took her job very seriously and our pets loved her!”

She even comes in on the days I have to work long hours and walks, feeds, and spends some time with him. He loves the attention and we all appreciate him not being alone. About: I have had pets all of my life. I love animals. I currently have one dog and one cat but can show your furbaby all of the love and care that you would when you're away. I've had to have sitters for my pets when I've been out of town, and finding good reliable care is challenging and expensive. I can provide updates throughout your vacation in order to keep your mind at ease. I am available for drop-in dog sitting in your home and overnight boarding in mine. Please provide all detailed information about your pet prior to making arrangements such as medications, likes and dislikes and personality to make their stay much more enjoyable. I have experience with disabled/blind animals as well, thanks! I also love cats and am available to check in on your beloved feline!

About: My passion is pets! I am a former kindergarten teacher turned stay-at-home mom with three school-aged children. I am located in St. Clairsville, Ohio, just minutes off of Interstate 70. We have a very pet-friendly home, with an extremely welcoming ten year old Labrador Retriever as our permanent resident. We have a large fenced-in yard and are just minutes from a walking trail. I understand how extremely difficult it can be to trust the care of your furry family members to anyone else when you simply can't be there. I will learn the details of your pet's personality and preferences, and make our home a comfortable "home away from home" for them while you are away. With all of my children in school, I have many hours to devote to making your furry family member a member of our family, too!

About: I have taken care of animals for years. I am able to do puppy training. During drop in visits, I play with cats, change litter boxes, feed and water animals, and walk dogs. I am trained to handle reactive and aggressive dogs. I have not found an animal that I do not love. This is my entire job so pet care is very important. Dogs get fed breakfast, have outside play time, work on training inside the house, go for a walk, have dinner, and have more outside play time. I have crates available if needed. I have two dogs that are mine, two foster dogs, and multiple cats who love dogs. We have a fenced in yard but also long leads so the dogs can run and play outside. We live two blocks from Central Park and a walking trail so there will be a walk outside as long as the weather is nice every day. In the Client’s home we take dogs for a walk or play time outside, feed and water, play time inside and lots of love. For animals who do not go outside we spend the time interacting with them in their preferred way.

About: I am a stay at home mom/dog mom, which means lots of love and attention for your fur babies!! I have had dogs my whole life. I’ve been married for almost 14 years. We have one 12 year old son (who I homeschool) along with 2 dogs, a Golden-doodle who is almost 2 years old and a Siberian husky who is 12. Please note; due to our husky’s age and health we decided it would be best for him to stay with his “grandparents” when I board a dog. He is friendly and loving, but he has arthritis pretty badly. He would very much prefer to stay at grandma and grandads farm (getting spoiled with all the treats he wants of course). When I board, our golden-doodle will always be the only dog at our home 😊. Along with our 2 dogs, I have also watched family member’s pets many times. I might be new to Rover, but I’m definitely not new to dogs! Please don’t take my lack of reviews and just starting out professionally in the wrong light. We are a dog loving…..somewhat obsessed family who will give your fur babies love, attention, and care while you are away. Since I am a stay at home mom/dog mom our daily routine is very flexible to fit your dog’s needs. My son is home with me all the time and he adores animals as much as I do. He is very loving and playful. We would love the opportunity to help care for and love on your furry family members as well! Not just me, but my entire family guarantees a happy, loving, playful stay at our home for your doggy! Currently our Golden-doodle and husky are both trained the perimeter of our yard, so they are usually leash free. However, we do have a large 50’x30’ grass fenced area connected to the back of our house. We also have over 13 acres, with a large portion of that maintained. Additionally our home is within walking distance to a large state park that we utilize for walking our dogs and other fun activities. We treat our dogs like part of the family. They go about everywhere with us and are spoiled rotten! I promise to treat your furry family members with the same love and care as I do my own. As previously mentioned our Siberian husky will be staying at his grandparents when I board a dog. He is an amazing, loving, caring, beautiful dog, and we absolutely adore him! For this reason, we feel he will be much happier at grandma and grandads house while boarding a dog!

About: I’ve always been a dog person but I love all animals. We’ve always had a dog growing up along with some other pets (ex. Rabbits, hamsters, fish) anytime family or friends needed pet sitting I’ve been there. My main availability is Monday through Thursday but let me know the dates that you need the help and I can see what I can do! The two puppers in my house get to run and roam in the fenced yard but we do take them on walks from time to time.

About: I have grown up with dogs and have had dogs of my own. I always watch my family and friends dogs. I am experienced with all animals. I’m currently working part time so I have lots of time to care for your animals! I am available any time during the week or weekends. I am not able to bring your animal to my home but I am willing to travel to you. I also will need to bring my 6 month old so your fur baby must be kid friendly. I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds/ animals.

About: I’ve always had animals in my life. Dogs and cats have been an integral part of my upbringing and now adult life. Family, friends, and coworkers have always relied on me to take care of their beloved pets. I currently work Monday through Friday 7:25-3:25 so any time before or after that as well as weekends I am free to spend with your babies. I can easily swing by for drop in visits and play with your pets and show them the love they need when your away. I also can do walks and trips in the car to parks and trails.

Will feed/walk/play/care for yours like my own. Your pet's exercise is my exercise. Your pet's fun is my fun. Very glad to help. I am retired and can be flexible to visit and walk your pet during the mornings (beginning at 8:00 am), daytime, and early evenings (8:00pm). For your ease of mind, I am happy to work with your instructions for your pet's specific daily feedings, medications, exercise time, attention, and their general well-being and care.

About: Hi! My name is Jordyn and I can’t wait to meet you and your pet. After losing my mom at a young age, animals became a big part of my life. I am a quiet person who has a lot of anxiety and animals seem to really help with that. Family and friends started to rely on me to watch, bathe, feed, walk or just spend time with their pet once they realized how much animals meant to me. Once I turned 18, I discovered Rover and wanted to help others by offering my services to people who might need help with their animals. I’m currently home full time during the week. I am not working right now. Since I am home full time at this time, I try to take my dogs out whenever I can. I am able to do whatever needs done when checking in on an animal or when having them in my home. When checking in on an animal, I am able to stay as long as I’m needed. (I usually stay a little longer than the time needed to give the babies some extra love before leaving!)
