About: I have done several pet sitting jobs, and have a healthy and happy labradoodle at home named Milo. I am also experienced in dog walking. I am unable to kennel dogs due to my living situation, but I am able to take care of dogs at the clients homes when needed. I will make sure the dogs are consistently watered and walked. I understand that pets need to be engaged with, but I also understand that just like us they need space. The goal is that me and your dog form an uncle nephew relationship, not only because I can pop in and take care of them without being too intrusive to their routines, but because your pets are your family and need to treated with respect and care. I am also certified in pet first aid an CPR.

About: Hello! I am a lifelong long animal lover, and experienced petsitter of all species. My degree is in Animal Science from PSU, and my day job is in agriculture. I have taught dog obedience, agility and other disciplines, and have no fear working with animals! I am licensed with the AKC and have trained and shown dogs in a variety of disciplines. I'm comfortable administering medication (oral, topical, injections, etc.), and dealing with "challenging" animals. You can feel comfortable leaving your pets in my care. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have a dog of my own.i took multiple vet classes while in highschool and ive also been through a training class with my own dog. I am free everyday of the week mostly during the daytime but if requested I can do afternoons and overnights it will just have to be planned between us I have a lot of space in my apartment and a dog and cat of my own that are great with other dogs and cats I have my animals on a set feeding schedule so i understand if your fur baby gets feed at specific times my cat is also on medication if needed for your fur baby I can help administer them. If I am in your home I will respect the spaces and rules you set so your animal doesn’t feel out of place with me watching them:)

“Katie is a great pet and house sitter! I just moved to the area with 2 cats, and unfortunately had to go on a work trip soon after. She came a couple of times while I was in town to get to know the cats then house sat while I was gone. I could tell right away things would be good as she was patient with the cats and the more social one was already warming up to her on her first visit. She texted me photo and text updates throughout her stay, and left the apartment just as clean when she left. Great communication, great with the cats, and I highly recommend, 5 stars all around!!”

“Hi there! Rachel stayed overnight with my dog Maui when I was doing a study abroad program in a December. She stayed at my house for two weeks, and sent updates multiple times a day. She also worked with Maui on walking on a leash without pulling, which has just been so great. I saw on my puppy cam that they definitely got some good cuddles in. I’m really happy with the service she provided and I’m just sad she’s moving out of my area. I can’t recommend her enough though, once you meet her you’ll see why. About: I'm that person where if you mention you have a dog, I want to meet them! I've been dogsitting since I can remember. With my current job, if my coworkers need a dogsitter, I'm there. They rely on me to walk, feed, and care for their pups as if it was my own. I currently work a job where I only work 3-4 days a week and have every weekend off. I'm unavailable on the days I work due to 12 hour shifts, but on my off days I'm available whenever! :) I have a friendly golden retriever pup who can give your furry friend company. I also have a crate upon your request and lots of toys!!

About: I used to help rescue and take care of new born kittens and puppy’s and I’m always sure to treat ever animal with respect and care. Before moving to Blacksburg I lived with my dad. We had a total of 11 cats and 4 dogs. (Ik it’s a lot :p) I love animals. I’ve had animals my entire life. I also have been around farm animals and have took care of chicken, ducks, horses, and goats. I am current a college student but when I’m not in class I will have free time to help anytime that’s needed. I look forward meeting new people and furry friends :) I care for animals with respect and love.
