Over: Since I was 5 years old I have had a dog at home and I have taken care of him for more than 13 years until his death last year. A pet becomes a family member as soon as it enters the door of the house and that is why my respect and care for them is the utmost. I have class once a day and only 4 days a week. My classes last only 2 hours and sometimes less and I am close to home. So the dog would be fully cared for. When caring for pets, whether in my home or at the owner's, my approach is tailored to meet their specific needs and ensure their comfort and safety. In the owner's home, I strive to maintain the pet's routine as closely as possible to minimize their stress. This includes following their regular feeding schedule, walk times, and any special care instructions such as medication administration or specific behavioral practices. At my home, I create a welcoming environment by providing designated spaces for sleeping and eating, using comfort items like their favorite bed or toys brought from home to make them feel secure. I ensure all pets are comfortable with their surroundings and any other animals in the house. In both settings, I prioritize regular updates to the owners through texts or photos, detailing how their pet is doing. This not only reassures the owners but also allows me to maintain an open line of communication for any concerns or adjustments that might be needed during their pet's stay.

Over: I don´t have any pets, however, my family has pets, and I always spend the entire summer with them. I really like dogs, but I have been living with my parents until now and they don´t want any pets because they travel a lot. Now I live alone, but I am a student, and it is very hard to take care of a dog while I´m studying. I usually have 2 hours of class per day, so it will fit perfectly in my schedule to go for a walk at the mornings before class or at the evening I am not able to take care of pets, neither in my house nor the owners house. I am only available to go for walks.

Over: I had 2 dogs and 1 cat since I was 10 but they are living with my family now because I’m studying in Maastricht. I’m in love with pets, with every animal actually. I cannot consider myself as a dog or cat person I love them both. 🥰🥰 I can take care of pets from Monday to Sunday in every hour. I’ll be like having a nice time with them while I’m studying in this city. I’ll look after them as I got a new born child. :)) I can feed them, pet them , play with them and much more if you want. It is really easy for me to pet a dog or a cat because I used to live with them since I’m in middle school.

Over: I have pet sat and walked friends' dogs as well as my own for years! I love sitting and playing with dogs, walking them, or doing whatever you need! I am a dog lover through and through! I am on exchange studying at university, so a couple hours a day is dedicated to studying, and 2 days a week I am on campus for classes. Apart from that, I would be available and around your animals to give them so much love. I am happy to follow any rules you have regarding walks, or places they can go to. Over: Since I was born I always had pets (both dogs and cats, mainly, but also some hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish). I'm very used with them, so it's quite easy for me to understand what they need. Unfortunately, since I moved to an apartment in The Netherlands, I don't have authorization from my landlord to have my pets here, so they are staying with my family in Portugal. I visit them every 3 months and I check on them everyday when I call my mom. I can spend time with them, taking them for walks and even watch them if you need to go somewhere for a a longer period. Usually they get along with me quite easily. It's really difficult for me to live without a pet when I'm far from my home, so I think Pawshake could be a solution. I have been feeling there's something missing in my life. Then, if you trust me your pets, both your lovelies and I could share some company :) I am currently at home while looking for a new job, so my availability is quite great now. I am free both during week and weekend days. Both with dogs and cats it is easy for me to understand their needs, their level of comfort/discomfort, and if something is wrong. I will always do my best to give them the best care, as I do with my own pets.

Over: Ik ben een enorme dierenvriend. Ik ben altijd opgegroeid met katten en honden om me heen. Sinds ik in Maastricht studeer mis ik mijn huisdieren in Amsterdam heel erg. Voor dieren zorgen en ze liefde geven maakt mij heel blij. Mijn zus is een dierenarts dus ik met met haar ook meerdere keren op huisbezoek geweest bij meerdere dieren en heb daar altijd heel erg veel plezier in gehad. Ik ben flexibel in mijn beschikbaarheid, ik heb doordeweeks per dag ca 1 klas wat betekent dat ik per dag altijd wel tijd over heb om langs te komen om voor uw dierenvriend te zorgen/uit te laten, etc! Ik zit in mijn 2e jaar van de universiteit en heb 10-15 contacturen per week. Dat betekent dat ik veel vrijheid heb om mijn eigen tijd in te delen en makkelijk tijd kan maken om voor uw dierenvriend te zorgen! Ik ben geduldig en neem de tijd om uw huisdier op zijn gemak te laten voelen. Ik hou ook van natuur en vind het heel leuk om met uw huisdier te gaan wandelen
