Throughout Bruno's stay, Joseph sent me multiple daily updates, including photos and videos, which truly put my mind at ease. It was clear that Joseph wasn't just looking after Bruno, but genuinely enjoying his company and providing him with the love and attention that he needed. Bruno seemed to be having a wonderful time, and I was delighted to see him so content in the updates I received. What particularly stood out to me was Joseph's flexibility and willingness to accommodate a last-minute extension to Bruno's stay. Despite the unexpected change in plans, Joseph was incredibly understanding and made the process seamless, which I greatly appreciated. Upon picking Bruno up, it was evident that he had been well-cared for and had formed a genuine bond with Joseph. Bruno was happy, healthy, and seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed his time. I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough for anyone seeking a caring and responsible individual to look after their furry family members. His genuine love for animals and his commitment to providing the best possible care make him an exceptional choice for pet boarding. I will undoubtedly be entrusting Joseph with Bruno's care in the future, knowing that he will be in excellent hands.”

“I am an overprotective fur mom who is very particular with who puppy sits Dallas. I only trust two of my friends to watch him when I am away. I was going away for a week, and did not have either friend to puppy sit for me at the time. I searched Rover and Olivia was the first name that popped up. I did not want to choose the first person I saw so I kept searching; however something brought me back to Olivia and I’m so happy I did! Olivia‘s knowledge of dogs and care for Dallas was amazing! Any fears, worries, etc quickly went away. Skye immediately clicked with their dogs and loved running around the amazing backyard. Jill and Thomas kept us updated with pics and video during our trip. It was obvious Skye was in great hands! Towards the end of our trip, we were starting to worry that she wouldn't want to come home when we saw just how at ease she was in their place and with their dogs! :) From booking to pickup, the entire experience was great with these two and we cannot express enough how much we appreciated their kindness.
