“I've had my dog for only about 3 months, and I was worried how Kuma would do. Tony patiently dealt with Kuma's anxiety issues, and even though Kuma had some accidents and was a night owl, Tony didn't make it a big deal--Tony has 'well, he's still a puppy and he's away from home, things happen' attitude. Tony also sent me daily pictures and videos, which relieved my anxiety :) Tony offered a comfortable temporary home for Kuma, and I'll definitely ask Tony to look after Kuma again!”

“Sam and her boyfriend Roberto were wonderful. I communicated with Sam before booking, and she was very timely and responsive - it immediately gave me a good feeling, which was solidified at the meet and greet. They just seemed like lovely, engaged dog-people! They took such great care of my Frankie girl, who requires some special attention because she is very reactive around other animals. (So you can imagine that my standards are high for sitters, because that behavior is unpredictable.) Sam was so communicative and flexible during the trip. I loved all the pics she sent of Frankie. Though she’s very attached to me, Frankie had such a good time that she resisted leaving when I picked her up! That’s really all I needed to see to know I’ll be booking with Sam and Roberto again!”

She took awesome care of my puppy, Walter, for the few days I was unable to be home with him. I received plenty of text updates and pictures from Katie of my dog and even pictures of him getting along with her dogs as well. I would say she even made some progress with him and his housebreaking which is amazing. Katie really went above and beyond, she even was willing to come pick up my dog from my apartment the first day. I couldn't have been more grateful for Katie as a dog sitter. “We have been always super careful when picking a sitter for our dog and have used more than 5. Francisca and her partner are definitely the best. After a few times leaving our dog with her, we decided to let her take care of our dog while we were in a 20 days long trip. Francisca and her partner were super responsive during the whole time as always in spite that we have time difference. Also our little corgi is not a easy dog, but they followed our detailed instructions very well. After the long stay, our dog went home and behaved really well which is such a surprise!!! Additionally, Cooper and our dog bonded so well which is so sweet and it never happened to our dog with other dogs before. We really look forward to continuing using Francisca as our dog sitter!”
