My wife and I were in a bind trying to find care for our anxious German Shepherd, Clyde, over the holiday weekend and Lori responded right away and jumped on a call with us. She knew exactly how to care for an anxious dog and by the time we picked him up, he seemed right at home. Lori accommodated our short notice needs, had toys ready for Clyde when he got there, sent us pictures every few hours, walked him miles a day, and loved him like her own. This couple is amazing and we will always come back to them when we are visiting Rochester in the future.”

“We normally have an in-home sitter for our boy, and she was not available during Chridtmas this year. So we had to come up with a plan B. When we first found Care and Rich on Rover, the reviews were good, and decided to give it a shot. From the first visit to get to know them l, our pup was very comfortable in their home and with them around. He has a very good instinct on people’s character ( shepherd) so the first impression spoke volume to us. He almost fell asleep on their kitchen floor!! :) We were gone for 4 days. A long time without our boy. But Both Cate and Rich turned out to be wonderful and they certainly cared for our fur baby like he was their own. We received updates from Cate for the entire duration, with pictures and pieces of information regarding pup’s day and his adjustments while away from home. Priceless and again very reassuring that everything is going great. Our pup is on allergy medication, and Cate was not only willing to keep the medication going, but made it just as routine as possible. We can spend the day here just telling you how wonderful this stay was for our boy, and how kind and loving the entire family was with him. But bottom line is: they are our go to sitter now. Love them, live the entire experience and will certainly book at their ‘pup hotel’ for every trip coming up. If available, that is... Thank you guys for sheeting your heart ad home with our pup! About: He/Him, I go by Ronnie. :) *Boarding available for non-dog/cat pets only I've cared for almost every type of pet under the sun! I've helped care for cats/dogs/rabbits/birds/fish among other lovely animals. I currently live with my 3 parrots (1 conure, 2 cockatiels) and my many aquarium fish buds. I love learning more about proper pet care and animal husbandry in my spare time. This means that I am always keeping up to date with the best pet care knowledge. I am a full-time pet sitter! I ask that clients allow for flexibility in drop-in times in order to meet all my daily client's needs and keep additional mileage costs low for everyone. If your pet requires a stricter feeding/medication time please let me know so that I may accommodate them. I am also available to board small non-dog/cat pets anytime during the week depending on length of boarding and animal type. Safe handling and keeping living/feeding areas clean while causing as little stress as possible to your pet are my priority while doing home visits or walks. When boarding small mammals like birds/hamsters/guinea pigs/rabbits, they are kept in a pet safe living area separate from my own pet birds.

“We had Sammie stay with Elliot and Dominique for nine days and we can't say enough positive things about her experience. They sent us daily pictures and texts letting us know how Sammie was doing. They went above and beyond to make Sammie feel loved. On pick up day, we received a very cute report card as well as a picture of Sammie which we have put on our fridge.
