“We were so lucky to have found Heather! First, she agreed to keep Totto and Kilo at a very short notice when we decide for an impromptu trip. Second, she sent us so many photos of them throughout the day and we could tell they were having a great time! And last but not the least, she was very flexible with our drop and pick up time! We for a bit delayed due to weather traffic and she was very gracious and accommodating of our hours. We were glad to have found Heather and I am sure Totto and Kilo can't wait to get back!”

When I dropped them off for the day, they didn't even look back. She was kind enough to send photos during the day and let me know they were doing fine.
