About: Caring for animals has always been a passion of mine, alongside childcare. I love all animals, and would love to meet and care for your furry babies as well! We have cared and house sat for many of my friends and families animals while they have been away. I also have experience from growing up with two pugs. David has experience from growing up with two Golden Retrievers. We have had experience administering meds, feeding, bathing, walking, and taking to vet appointments. Willing to help out and do what it takes to keep your furry babies happy and loved! We also currently have two cats of our own, a 16 year old Pug, and two crested geckos. We are adaptable to many different situations and animals of all kinds. I’m currently in a hybrid position which gives me some flexibility on working from home. I am happy to stop by and do a check in on my lunches. I get off work by 4 PM and can stop by after work. I am also available weekends and holiday breaks as I usually have those off. David is currently able to stop by anytime that I am not available which makes us a powerful care team! ☺️ We love to meet and greet in the families home to see what their daily environmental safety looks like. This helps us determine how we can best provide support.

About: I was born and raised on a ranch caring for many types of animals. I have extended my background from cows, horses and sheep to training, breeding and so much more with dogs. I am respectful, patient and have an overall love for every animal! I am currently laid off and looking for other work when I stumbled upon Rover. I love animals and am very excited at the chance to be around them more! I have a fenced yard and my own dog as well who gets along great with everyone. I have crates if needed and a park very close to run some energy out!

About: I am a stay at home mom with two toddlers and we currently own a 75lb Pitbull/GSD mix (6 years old), one orange tabby (4 yrs old), 6 hens and a 9 month old bunny named Lady. We are experienced foster pet parents; we have fostered cats and dogs between the ages of 6 months to 12 years old. I have 6 years of dog care experience and 10 years of cat care history. To better understand our dogs, we had hired an in-house dog trainer to enhance our dog-human relationship. I do not have any official certs, but I do have an extensive amount of pet experience! I can also check in on small pets like guinea pigs, rabbits, fishes, reptiles, etc. and walk dogs of any size; including big dogs like Great Danes (we owned a mixed Great Dane three years ago). When you book with me, I will be treating your pet with the same love and respect I have for my own pets. I have personal experience in medicating with OTC or prescribed medications as well. I am a stay at home parent, I have a very flexible schedule. I can usually do any job requested of me, just let me know the time that works for you. My rates can also be adjusted to fit your budget. When booking a day care or boarding appointment - I can only take in one dog or client per day. This ensures we are keeping your pets safe and are frequently interacting with them. We have an extra indoor dog kennel, for safety reasons, and a large fenced in yard to play in. We have extra dog bowls and will only feed according to your directions! I will have extra snacks, leashes and dog poop bags on hand when walking your dog. With dog walking or check in appts at your home - I will be very respectful of how you would like me to treat your pets. If you are looking for guidance on how to correct certain walking behaviors (like leash pulling) I can offer some light training during my booked time. This is dependent on your comfort level. About: I’ve been around pets my entire life. My family has always had medium to large dog breeds and cats. I’m comfortable around all breeds and sizes! I will treat your pet like my own. I love spending time with animals and I’ve taken amazing care of my family’s pets for 15 years now! I’m currently working part-time so I will have lots of time to spend with your pet! I normally only work about 20 hours a week. I have a dog friendly dog and two cats to keep them company. I will make sure they are very comfortable in the new environment!

“I met Leslie over 20 years ago when she was a student teacher and I was her supervisor. She went on to teach high school Spanish in Portland for 4 years. Leslie is amazingly experienced and versatile in her work career. After teaching, she owned and managed a large farm with her husband. They had farm animals, and grew specialty produce which they sold to Portland restaurants . Leslie took such compassionate care of the goats, pigs, geese, dogs and cats that they owned. She often found animals abandoned in the countryside and took them to her farm to foster them until she could find a proper home for them. Once she rescued a blue heron from the side of the highway and found a care center that would accept the injured bird. She took the heron there and continued to check up on its progress in rehabilitation. For nearly ten years Leslie has been caregiver to her parents - now just her father. She has provided the needed care herself, and has also organized the team of professional in-house caregivers. She always lays the groundwork by thoroughly researching the situation and then carefully works with the people involved to set up the plan. Leslie is the ultimate in reliability. She will do whatever it is that she commits to doing and she will do it well. She respects animals and will give them her most loving and meticulous care.”

About: I’ve had puppies dogs cats kittens, even a rabbit. I’ve potty trained puppies and given flea treatments and medicine. I’ve bottle fed kittens. I currently have 2 cats of my own My time is very flexible. I make my own hours and schedule each day, as I work as a gig worker delivering food and shopping for people. Currently I will care for your pets at your home. I can take dogs on walks around your neighborhood or whatever directions you leave for me. If you walk your cat well I can do that too 😂
