“Raymond was contacted to pet sit for my 3 precious babies, Jack, Guam, and Marshmallow. He was fantastic to say the least, and the puppies took really well to him, which doesn't happen often. If he were still in New York, we would definitely hire him again for our family vacations!”

About: I have had dogs since I was 2 months old! When I was 9, I started my first business as the neighborhood dog and cat walker/sitter/bather with my best friend. We kept the business going for 2 years. In my adult life I have rescued dogs, had cats and a whole litter of kittens, and currently have two dogs! Becky is 6 and Chaga is 1&1/2, they are the loves of our lives. They both love other dogs and cats. My partner and I both work from home most of the week and create our own schedules. We own our businesses, and they don't require us to be staring at a computer by any means. I frequently take breaks to take the dogs for walks, hikes, or out for a swim. Adding more dogs to our pack can be as seamless as possible. Our dogs have a very lavish life. Our furniture is their furniture. I am happy to adapt to whatever you want to be enforced! We have a nice big yard almost at the end of a dead end street, with very friendly dog neighbors. No traffic! Our dogs are generally pretty free range, and enjoy trail walks and games of fetch. I love a dog that can be off leash, but can of course keep them leashed as necessary. Our pups love cats, and cats are very much welcome in our home. Our younger pup is crate trained for when we are away for longer periods of time, so crate trained or not works for me!

About: I always dreamed of owning a dog when I was growing up, but my brother was too allergic for my family to consider it. My solution to this was volunteering to walk my friends dogs and take care of them at any opportunity I had! When I was 12, I put up flyers in my busy apartment building as a dog walker and started making money walking all kinds of dogs, it was definitely one of my favorite jobs. I'm available weekdays after 12pm to walk or care for your pets. Depending on the day, I am able to accommodate earlier, so feel free to reach out and I'll see if I'm available. I work in Kerhonkson NY and live near Livingston Manor. I will not be offering boarding at my home right now. I have an elderly cat who loves having her own space and is easily stressed out from changes. But I have no problem taking care of your pets at your home, and I will treat them like my own!
16. Ross C.
“Ross is one of the most compassionate people I've ever met. Animals are at ease around him, and he showers them with attention and love as long as he's with them. He is also punctual. I would trust him cat-sitting or dog-sitting my pets any day of the week. Any dog would be lucky to have Ross as a caregiver.”
17. Elizabeth H.
“We are looking forward to booking Elizabeth again! She responded quickly to a last minute booking and was prompt with all communication. We could tell from her walk photos and description that our dog had a great time!”

About: You can see in my profile photos the vast experience with a range of happy dogs. The love and care I take with each and every one of them is kindly written by their happy owners. I took a break from Rover after my living situation changed while in Williamsburg and now that we relocated our primary residence to upstate I feel it's the right time and place to continue caring for these lovable canines. Especially after my Bentley went to doggie heaven last year. He is mentioned several times in the reviews and his cute face in most of the pictures. He was the best sidekick a girl could ever ask for, I miss him so much, everyday. I know how hard it is to leave your furry kid behind when you travel. That is the main reason I signed up to host doggies. I want to provide the service I would look for, someone I can trust, who is dependable, patient, and just loves to hang out with dogs. I will report daily what your furry kid is up to with lots of pictures, videos and funny updates to you while you are away. I have so much love to give, I am definitely a dog mom fo life. I would have a little posse of them around at all times if I could. Maybe in the future- but for now I hope to meet lots of furry friends through Rover! I travel down to Brooklyn once a month so my calendar availability may sometimes change. If you have a specific date request that is not open on my calendar feel free to contact me and we’ll see if we can work it out. Located in the Catskills, we are a tucked away on a quiet lot with a big yard and loads of hiking trails. The nearest 'big city' to us is Margaretville, and a local vet 6 miles away. I work from home so your pup will have company all day.
