“James was excellent. This was my first time using Rover and we were leaving the country for a week so I was very nervous about having someone new watch our beloved Labrador. James alleviated all concerns — I could tell from the meet and greet that he loved dogs and was experienced and trustworthy. He was wonderful with Nash and gave us tons of updates while we were away. And when he noticed that Nash had a cyst on his foot that had opened, he notified us immediately, sent us pictures, and even took him to the vet and administered the prescribed antibiotics. I would highly recommend James to take care of your pet and we will happily book with him again in the future.”
