“This was the first time I have ever left my babies with someone other than family and Shannon was the best introduction for me to this service that anyone could hope for! She knew I was nervous so she sent me twice daily updates with photos and videos letting me know that my babies were doing just fine. She was very sensitive to the individual needs of each of my dogs, totally different. And she was also very patient with my youngster who, while adorable and sweet, can be a little bit exhausting at times. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again if I ever travel without my pups again.”

She regularly did both drop ins and overnight care in my home, from a few days to a few weeks at a time, and even helped leash train one of my newer rescue pups. She was on time for every sit, communicated with me throughout to keep me up to date, and showered my animals with an abundance of love. She always kept my home clean and tidy as well, often going the extra mile like doing laundry after longer sits, bringing in the mail, and watering plants. I felt totally comfortable and confident leaving my home and animals in her care every single time. Nikki truly is a member of the family at this point, and if I hadn’t moved away from the area she would still be my go-to for pet care. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter!”
