“It is easy to recommend Laura Owen for anything! She is compassionate, thoughtful, deeply involved in the care of animals, who acts on her love of a wide variety of animals. She has looked in our 2 dogs several times, sometimes on short notice. We know that are in her capable hands. As she and her family live out their lives next door to me and my wonderful wife, we couldn’t have chosen better neighbors as Laura, Josh, Lucy and Esther, and their dog, chickens, hamster, fish, etc, etc! It is an honor to recommend Laura Owens to Rover.”

About: I’ve been helping people take care of animals since I was 10. I had a dog who gave birth to ten puppies and I was always there to help the family out. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time for all of your pups. I get off at 4 some days but am available after that time. I snake sure that there isn’t anything your animals can choke on. I let them outside every hour or whenever they act like they need to have a break.

14. Katie J.
About: I have always had a dog since I was a baby. I love all animals! Friends and family have always asked me to dog sit while away on vacation. I currently work full time from home so I can watch them during the week day in my home and let out for potty breaks often! I can go to your home on weekends anytime and during the week after 4 pm. I have 2 very friendly dogs who love fur friends! And we have one girl who only loves her fur siblings but she keeps to herself and I will keep her separated from your animal. I have 42 acres to take your dog on long walks and play in our field. I will leash walk your dog at my house. We do let our dogs sleep in our bed so if your fur baby is used to that they are more then welcomed to sleep in our bed. If not we have an extra crate for night time.
15. Layna D.
“Layna watched our two rabbits for a long weekend. She hosted the rabbits at her home, making them feel comfortable. It was clear when we returned that Layna had done an excellent job with keeping the rabbits happy and healthy during our vacation. When we returned, Layna updated us on how our rabbits had behaved during the weekend, even sharing some of the fun stories with us through a card. We highly recommend Layna as a pet-sitter in the future.”

Although, the area is not fenced in there is a nice big yard for your fur-baby to get plenty of exercise and exposure to the sun and fresh air!! There is sidewalks in the neighborhood that makes it easy for taking walks. I am here to care for your fur-baby as you would. I will pet, feed, walk, play, brush attend to your fur-baby's needs. You and your fur-baby will be happy with my services. I do work 40 hours a week from home which allows me to have more time at home to attend to your fur-baby. Your dog/cat will be able to roam freely in the house unless otherwise requested. I do not work weekends, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I can easily crate your dog as needed. All dogs are walked on leashes when we go for walks. I respect your wishes in my home and your home.

18. Miranda R.
“Miranda is a wonderfully care person! She has taken great care of my dog on many occasions including house-sitting, walking, and bathing him. She went above and beyond even spending her own money to buy him toys. My dog is a Catahoula Lepard dog. He is pretty big and was very young when she took care of him. He was a bundle of energy and can be a lot to handle even for me. She was able to handle his energy and he is always super excited whenever he sees her. She is amazing! Anytime I need dog care she is the first person I think of. I highly recommend her to all of my friends!”
