“This was my first time using Rover, and I’m glad I did! We were in a pinch to find someone to check-in on our three cats, like “the day before we leave” kinda pinch. Lorrie contacted me almost immediately, which is great because I cannot text a bunch at work and phone calls are quicker. We had the meet and greet and I was confident she was the right person for the job! She provided consistent and detailed updates and even quelled an emergency when the cats busted out of their cat door! I’ll say this— when we got home the cats were excited and comfortable. We’ve gone off for a couple days before and come home to basically wild animals. This time was noticeable different. So, I’m glad I got connected with Lorrie through Rover!”

She is an energetic lab mix who needs exercised regularly so he comes to my house for whatever the situation deems necessary - he plays with her, throws the ball in the backyard, takes her on long walks, and makes sure she is well-fed and watered. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in animal best care practices and truly treats her as if she were his own. And she absolutely LOVES him!!”
